Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Pietro Island

Great location, you can walk to pretty much anywhere in Iglesias and the centre is very very close. We've also enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace of the surrounding green hills. This apartment is great value for money and big too - we made it our home for a month and have been very happy with our choice. Thank you Pascal!

Excellent séjour, nous avons pu avoir de nombreux renseignements lorsque l’on en avait besoin. De plus le logement est très pratique, à côté de nombreux restaurants et lieux touristiques. Je recommande vivement cette hôte ainsi que son logement !

La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, le camere sono spaziose e dotate di tutto il necessario. I letti sono molto comodi, è facile trovare un parcheggio davanti all'appartamento. Si può raggiungere il centro di Iglesias in 15 Min a piedi, e il ristorante e il supermercato più vicino in 5 minuti. Stefania e suo marito sono molto disponibili e reattivi in caso di necessità, in più sono stati molto accoglienti, arrivando di sera tardi ci hanno portato del pane sardo con affettati e frutta, nel caso avessimo avuto fame! Grazie ancora per l'accoglienza, a presto!

Ein kleines Juwel in Carloforte! Das Apartment ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und auch auch Kleinigkeiten war bereits gedacht. Seife im Bad und der Küche, ein Fön, eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank und auch bereits Kaffeepulver. Die Lage an einer der Hauptstraßen von Carloforte ist absolut top. Restaurants, Cafés etc. in unmittelbarer Umgebung, was will man mehr. Uns persönlich hat ein Balkon / eine kleine Terrasse gefehlt, um auch einmal draußen sitzen zu können, da wir mit Kind unterwegs sind. Aber es ist ein Nice to have. Michela selbst war sehr zuvorkommend, schnell erreichbar und hat uns jederzeit gut weitergeholfen. Wir würden gern wiederkommen!

This has been my favorite Airbnb during our visit to Sardinia. The flat is perfectly located just above the piazza and close to all the great restaurants. Surprisingly, you don’t hear any noise from the piazza if you need peace and quiet (incredible windows and screens). But I thoroughly enjoyed opening the windows to look down below, listen to live music, or enjoy café early in the morning before getting my day started. The flat is beautiful and I especially loved the sun roofs/vents in the bedrooms on the second floor. Having a bathroom on both floors was very convenient too. Alessandra was extremely responsive both before and after check in. I look forward to staying with her again during our next visit!

Le logement de Battista est fonctionnel. Il est très propre et tous les accessoires necessaires à un sejours sont là. Battista et sa compagne ont été très accueillants et reactifs. Je recommande ce logement

Come essere a casa, dotato di ogni servizio per vivere appieno l’appartamento. Totalmente ristrutturato, pulito, confortevole 3 corrispondente alla descrizione. Posizione centralissima sul lungomare di fronte allo sbarco traghetti, con grande parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri. Elena gentilissima e disponibile per ogni necessità, alloggio super consigliato per un soggiorno sia breve che lungo su questa isola meravigliosa.

abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni da Filippo. che dire : appartamento splendido, pulitissimo, posto auto in cortile chiuso, zona tranquilla e uno splendido terrazzo sul lungomare. Bellissime spiagge a pochi minuti. Host sempre a disposizione per fornire consigli di tutti i tipi. Vivamente consigliato!

Logement agréable et spacieux avec 2 terrasses, la piscine est top. L’accueil est très bon et chaleureux (gâteaux et boissons fraîches), la tortue a amusé nos filles ! A recommander vivement

Wir haben hier eine wundervolle Woche verbracht. Das Haus war ein Traum, schöner Garten, mehrere Sitzecken, wir konnten immer draußen frühstücken. Der eigene Pool war ein absolutes Highlight :) das Haus ist modern und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt wohl und heimisch gefühlt. Carla ist ein ganz lieber Mensch und eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, super lieb, sehr hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar, stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hat uns neben Restauranttipps auch noch einen besonderen Tisch in einem ausgezeichneten Restaurant für die Geburtstagsfeier meiner Freundin arrangiert. Ich würde diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und definitiv noch mal wiederkommen :)

doveroso ringraziare ancora una volta Jenni e Marco per la loro cortesia, disponibilità e gentilezza che ci han fatto del tutto sentire a casa. La proprietà è in una posizione strategica, vicino a tratti costieri meravigliosi ed allo stesso tempo ritirata, per godere di quegli splendidi silenzi che la Sardegna può offrire. Non abbiamo alcun dubbio nel consigliare host e casa. L'unico problema per parte nostra è che la vacanza sia finita così in fretta. Ma torneremo!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten, sauberen Unterkunft von Antonio. Sehr großer Garten mit Meerblick - wunderschön. Antonio selbst war immer zu erreichen und antwortete stets innerhalb weniger Minuten. WLAN war perfekt und unbegrenzt. Alle Zimmer mit Fliegengitter und die Terrasse ebenfalls mit Fliegengitter eingezäunt. Küche gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Matratzen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub ohne böse Überraschungen.

Casa Ipogeo sorge nella zona più storica di Sant'Antioco, posizione ottima per raggiungere i principali servizi a piedi o in bicicletta, ancora più brevi in macchina (parcheggio gratuito in strada sempre presente), sicuramente perfetta per dormire sonni tranquilli e rilassarsi. Gli spazi interni dell'appartamento sono moderni e curati nei minimi dettagli, la pulizia impeccabile, lo spazio esterno unisce la lavanderia, completa e funzionale, ad un piccolo ambiente immensnel verde, ma principalmente coperto da eventuali intemperie. Insomma, non manca nulla di ciò di cui si possa necessitare. Gli hosts sono stati gentilissimi e completamente disponibili. Ci siamo trovate molto a nostro agio!

Antonella è un host disponibile e molto ospitale. La sua casa è una piccola chicca nel cuore del paese. Si arriva facilmente perché si trova nel centro del paese e ci si può spostare facilmente sia a piedi che in macchina (dista dal lungomare qualche metro per cui si può accedere al grande parcheggio gratuito per auto). La casa ha tutti tutti i comfort : aria condizionata; letti comodi; forno; macchina del caffè ; lavatrice e asciugatrice ; ferro da stiro; prodotti per la pulizia ecc. Antonella all arrivo ci ha fatto trovare dei dolcetti di cui mio figlio ne è andato ghiotto, oltre il caffè e altri alimenti e bevande e data la presenza del nostro cane anche le ciotole!! Noi siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dall estrema pulizia e dai dettagli del suo piccolo appartamento. Che dire?? Consigliato a tutti perché è veramente eccezionale! Dispiace essere già andati via!

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung in einem kleinem Haus wenige Meter vom Zentrum Iglesias entfernt. Parken vor dem Haus ist nicht möglich, ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist aber in der Nähe. Im Erdgeschoss nur ein Fenster, im Obergeschoss dafür große Dachfenster, z. T. elektrisch gesteuert. Zwei Badezimmer, wobei die Deckenhöhe im Obergeschoss ein aufrechtes Duschen nicht zulässt. Die Dusche Im Erdgeschoss ist jedoch ausreichend. Die Wohnküche und alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. In 5 Minuten erreicht man eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, den Kirchplatz erreicht man nach 2 min. Mittendrin statt nur dabei. Insgesamt eine gute Lage mit schöner Umgebung. Beachten sollte man, daß im Vorfeld der Personalausweis als digitale Kopie einzureichen ist. Der einzig zu kritisieren Punkt, im Eingangs erreicht roch es unterschwellig merkwürdig. Ursache unklar.

Logement très sympa dans Iglesias, ce qui permet de visiter à la fois Cagliari et la côte. possibilité de se garer sans souci dans la rue et de se rendre à pied au coeur du bourg.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, da wir von der Familie von Patrizia sehr freundlich empfangen und mit zahlreichen Informationen versorgt wurden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. Wir waren mit 4 Personen in der Wohnung und hatten sehr viel Platz. Über der Wohnung befindet sich ein weiteres Apartment. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, so dass zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten.

Der Aufenthalt in Martas Haus war super-schön, und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die Terrasse ist wirklich klasse. Marta ist außerdem sehr lieb, und sie kümmert sich sofort um alles. Auch ein Besuch in ihrem Atelier ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Allerdings ist aufgrund der schmalen Gasse die Anfahrt mit einem kleinen Auto wirklich angeraten.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alta Marea. The pictures were gorgeous but didn’t do it justice! We have visited Carloforte many times but this, without a doubt, was our favorite trip. The place is completely stocked, beautifully decorated and perfectly located. Can’t wait to come back!
