We were very lucky to be able to spend our time in Sardinia in this wonderful accommodation! The location is great – quiet and surrounded by stunning nature. The accommodation itself is furnished with a lot of love for detail. It was all sparkling clean and we felt immediately comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the spacious terrace, where we could watch the starry sky in the evening with a glass of wine. Lucia was incredibly warm and helpful. She gave us great tips and made sure we had everything we needed. It was noticeable that she attaches great importance to ensuring that her guests feel completely comfortable. This place is no ordinary place – it's a little paradise that feels right at home. The lovingly designed garden invites you to relax and makes you forget everyday life immediately. It is a place of peace and security where you just arrive. But what really makes this place special are Giovanni's parents, Francesca and Benjamino. They not only take care of the property with great care, but also meet their guests with real warmth. When our daughter suddenly got a high fever, they got a doctor without hesitation and then accompanied us to the hospital. They stayed by our side all the time – with a self-evident that touched us deeply. This place and these people are a gift – and they deserve the best review you can give.

Beautiful accommodation with 2 large terraces and a location close to the sea, 50 m from the sea and 150 m from the beach... very clean accommodation with very good quality bedding... beach amenities available to guests. Luca is very accommodating and very responsive. The residence is located about 500 m away. of the center with access by steps, small very quiet city...

Many thanks to the landlady Julia for this great stay. Julia was super quick to respond to messages and was always helpful and very friendly. The house and the property offered the best rest in a quiet neighborhood. Our child loved the chickens (in the enclosure) and cats on the premises. Just a few kilometers (2-3) to the great place and beach Porto Pino with its dunes as well as the town of Sant'Anna Arresi. We will be happy to come back.

Riccardos Place is great to discover the southwest of Sardinia. You can watch the beautiful sunset directly from the terrace and enjoy your morning coffee with seaview as well. The apartment is equipped with all you could ask for a short stay. He was a very friendly and good host.

Lovely apartment a bit outside of Iglesias in a very quiet area. Only 5-10 minutes to the city center by car. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for a longer stay. The host greeted us personally.

We had a great time. The place was clean and well organized, there is also the possibility of dining in the garden. Free parking next to the house is always available, in a quiet area. The owners are extremely helpful and kind. Great experience

We spent very nice 14 days in the residence. The apartment is excellently equipped with two terraces and two bathrooms, immaculately clean and superbly located, very close to the wonderful beach in Porto Pino as well as some shops and restaurants. We would go back to this place any time.
