House holiday rentals in San Pietro Island

We have enjoyed the Nebida area. Everything was perfect in the house. We felt pampered. We had a great walk along the coast.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stefano's Airbnb at Villagio Tanca Piras. The home was clean, had everything we needed, and the host Allesandro went above and beyond to make us feel at home for our 9 month old infant. His recommendations were great. We went to the beaches and restaurants he recommended and couldn't have been happier. We would love to come back. Thank you Allesandro for all your help!

Deborah’s place feels like a home. It is not a sterile business Airbnb like I have become used to. She greets you at the house and makes an effort to help you settle in. The house has everything you could need- cold water on arrival, coffee, pantry staples, laundry detergent and even a first aid kit. We loved lounging by the pool and we felt comfortable to take a rest after many weeks of hectic travel. It was just what we needed. One of my favourite things is that the only sound you hear apart from the odd local car, is a plane, it’s so peaceful and quiet.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described, actually even better in real life. It was beautifully furnished, very clean, and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely stunning, a real highlight that made every morning and evening special. A huge thank you to Carla, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always responded to our messages extremely quickly. Her communication was outstanding and made everything super easy and stress-free. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay with a wonderful host!

Very nice, spacious and comfortable apartment in a village a 5-minute walk to the beach. The apartment was very clean and equipped with anything you might need during your stay: dishwasher and washing machine with detergents, household cleaning products, iron, vacuum cleaner, microwave, even beach towels and umbrellas for the beach. The porch is very nice and allows you to dine outside or sunbathe on the comfortable deck chairs. Giampaolo The owner is a lovely person who even left us some delicious sweets and an equally great Mirto. Very few apartments are so well equipped and maintained. Super!

Massimo is an outstanding Host! We encountered some issues independent of Massimo, and he was always available by email or physically on site. She's a warm, welcoming person with one obsession: Your comfort Thank you Massimo ... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a small jewel. Also check out the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

Leonora welcomed me warmly, she is very friendly and helpful at all times. The house is spacious, in excellent condition and well equipped. Nothing is missing. Furniture and utensils are lovingly and tastefully selected. You are completely undisturbed in this magnificent natural environment, a real recovery! I'm sure I'll be back soon!

Very spacious house furnished with care and equipped with every comfort for a very pleasant stay. The large terrace with sea view is very nice, with a huge table for eating and equipped with sun loungers and armchairs for sunbathing or relaxing with a view of the island of San Pietro. Very convenient covered parking space on the property. Portoscuso is a small town but there are restaurants, two large supermarkets, an excellent ice cream shop and some shops. In ten days we visited the beautiful beaches of the area reaching Piscinas, Porto Flavia, the islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, the city of Iglesias. Sulcis was a beautiful discovery; to be recommended. Paola welcomed us very warmly, also available to give us flexibility in arrival and departure times.

We already had many questions before our arrival in Lucia's beautiful cottage, which Lucia patiently and always very quickly answered. Our expectations were completely exceeded. The house is even more beautiful and Lucia was always there for us. She helped us find the right providers for our boat trip, gave us tips for the area and was always available. She is a host with all her heart and you can really feel that she enjoys it. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a fruit plate, delicious biscuits from the local bakery and homemade liqueur. The house is well equipped. We cooked in the house, grilled outside and we especially enjoyed the complete privacy and tranquility. We lacked nothing and Lucia's house in Teulada was definitely our highlight on our Sardinia trip. We spent a week here and explored the southwest of Sardinia by car.

It was nice staying at the holiday home. The apartment is small but equipped with everything, a quiet area, within walking distance of the center. The host was very helpful and kind. Excellent starting point to visit the surroundings.

We had a wonderful vacation in Sant'Antioco at Alessandra's home; the house was very clean, spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary accessories to feel at home. The living environment was very relaxing, quiet and peaceful. The location was strategic for exploring both the island of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, as well as the southernmost part of Sardinia and its wonderful landscapes. Alessandra and her father Michele were very kind, reserved and available for all our questions and/or requests. Warm greetings and goodbyes from Agostino and Nicole.

Perfect stay! Chiara and Livio were impeccable hosts: very kind, always available and with very quick responses. The house is really nice, very comfortable and, to my great surprise, much bigger and more spacious than it looked in the photos (it's usually the opposite!). Very clean, cared for in every detail and complete with everything you need to feel right at home. An excellent experience in every aspect. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment a stone's throw from Portovesme and a few dozen minutes' drive from the beautiful beaches of the south-west coast. Kept in order, very clean and with everything you need. They really thought of everything and made sure we didn't miss a thing. Francesca is an exemplary host, communication with her was excellent, she was available and welcomed our requests regarding check-in and check-out without any problems. We had a wonderful stay with Francesca and her husband. Every day she would come out of the garden with a surprise, from the chickens or something she had made herself. The veranda is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the freedom.

We had a wonderful relaxing week in Carloforte, and wished that we stayed longer on this lovely peaceful island. Luisa is a fantastic host, as well as her husband Dino. Which made are stay in Carloforte more interesting and lots of fun! We highly recommend staying in Carloforte for a holiday and especially with Luisa as your host. Daryl & Elaine

We spent about a week in Ornella and Emilio's house. The house was above expectations, tastefully furnished and recently renovated. Then Ornella and Emilio, great guests, had had some attention that immediately made us feel welcome. The house is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, in a situation of absolute peace that makes you feel immediately on vacation. A short distance from the beaches, reachable by car in a maximum of 15 minutes and from Carloforte, also the one about 10-15 minutes. We had a great time and look forward to coming back!

Giusi's house is surrounded by greenery, 3 minutes by car from the centre of Carloforte, very convenient for getting around the village and the whole island if you have a car. The house has a beautiful outdoor area and inside and large and spacious. Giusi is very helpful and responsive! 😄

We had a pleasant stay at Augusto's place. We were warmly welcomed and he gave us lots of tips. He wanted to think along that we definitely took advantage of. Thank you so much Augusto for everything!

Very nice place perfect to relax away from the crowd. The place is quite isolated but the property is part of a bigger house divided in two, so you are not alone. I recommend it warmly !

The house is in excellent condition, very clean and well maintained. The host, although not physically present, was attentive and responsive. However, there are well-organised and available support people on site, who guarantee continuous assistance. The house is independent, inserted in a condominium context with a private courtyard. The garden, completely fenced, makes the environment safe and protected, even for those with children. Outside, the covered veranda is comfortable and functional. For us, it was a fantastic stay, in a reliable and well-managed property.

We were warmly welcomed by Stefania, she was very attentive with us according to the Sardinian custom. The house is beautiful with all the comforts: vast garden shaded by rich vegetation ( the photos do not capture the large space around the villa and the simple and comfortable good taste with which is decorated inside ) a long clean and uncrowded beach is within a few minutes walk, you can go in a swimsuit! Carloforte, the charming village is a short mile away. Very concerned about their environment, the inhabitants of the island of San Pietro are very attentive to the risks of pollution.

We had a great time at the place we found clean and equipped with everything we needed. Unfortunately, a small accident did not allow us to visit the area so we will definitely come back and book the same place! Stefano was very kind, caring and available to help us. Thank you for everything!
