Waterfront holiday rentals in San Pietro Island

Annalisa was an extremely friendly, committed and flexible hostess who accommodated us more than once. We had a relaxing break in Calasetta during the off-season. The apartment was equipped with the most important things. The only thing that bothered us was the bed, which squeaked and was a little too soft for our taste. Otherwise, we had a wonderful vacation. The bay in Calasetta was beautiful and the village looked like a picturesque sleepy fishing village in mid-September. Our tips: Spiaggia Coaquaddus and Spiaggia le Saline. We stayed at Mariano’s place for 12 days and it was a great holiday. The apartment is exactly like the pictures with a few extras, super clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the washing machine was really helpful and waiting for us were local snacks, wine, bottled water and Coca Cola. The check-in was super easy with the lockbox and free street parking. For a perfect beach day Mariano provided umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels. Also provided were recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities and much more. We stayed in contact with Marian’s daughter Anastasia and she was super sweet, helpful and fast with her responses. If we come back to the sardines at another time we would choose this place once again!

It was a very positive and beautiful experience, above all thanks to the location of the property located in the center of the village. The apartment is very comfortable, functional, practical and clean, equipped with all the amenities listed on the site. The island's beaches are truly beautiful, reachable in 30 minutes max, with enchanting and unique views. Daniela was very kind, reserved and always available, recommending restaurants, beaches and places to visit. We will definitely come back to benefit from the tranquility and friendliness received from the islanders in these three weeks spent in Sant'Antioco. Thanks again Daniela

Spacious apartment with all the comforts for a very pleasant stay in the fantastic island of San Pietro. In particular, it has the advantage of being within walking distance of the center and having the opportunity to park at the entrance, as well as having the largest supermarket in Carloforte right below the house. Thanks to Salvatore for his hospitality and flexibility!

Very nice stay in Sant'Antioco, the apartment is located facing the sea in a neighborhood 10 minutes walk from the center. The beaches are accessible by car only, but this is not a problem since the parking space dedicated to the accommodation is easy to access (in the residence where the apartment is) and in the shade! Interior that seems to have been recently redone. Just remember to take into account that basic commodities (oil, coffee, etc.) are not present in the accommodation apart from coarse salt, the same for dishwashing liquid, and everything will be fine! The towels, tea towels, sheets, and soap on the other hand were waiting for us on arrival :-) Very good contact with the host (remote only), very clear directions for check-in and check-out!

The apartment is super nice and very new. The location is great for walking to the village. There is also enough parking space in front of the house, where you can park for free. Communication with Francesco was excellent! We were able to ask him anything and he was quick to respond. He was also able to give us tips for restaurants.

The apartment has a stunning view of the sea and all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby beaches while enjoying the peace and quiet of the area. Access to the small beach and the pool is also a great bonus. The villa of Teulada (around 10min away by car) has a few restaurants and grocery stores for the daily needs. Federico is a fantastic host! Very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Overall we had a great stay and hope to be back some day!

We had a wonderful relaxing week in Carloforte, and wished that we stayed longer on this lovely peaceful island. Luisa is a fantastic host, as well as her husband Dino. We spent 8 days at Cynthia's house in June with our 4-year-old daughter. Calasetta is simply wonderful!Narrow streets, lots of old buildings, few tourists. The apartment is a perfect base for exploring this small island. Everything is at hand Is the house old, or does it have old furniture?Yes. Can an ant, a spider or a cat enter the terrace? Well, yes. But that's normal!We wanted to feel the atmosphere of Sardinia and I think we fully succeeded here. The apartment has no wifi and the coverage is poor. Thanks to this, we were able to take a break from these technologies. The home is equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Parking in front of the windows. The bathroom is renovated and matches the style of the rest of the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house is practically on the first shoreline. In the port, every evening we enjoyed wonderful sunsets and in the morning we admired the sunrises from the terrace of the house. Cynthia is very nice and responds quickly to questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 😊

Perfect stay! Chiara and Livio were impeccable hosts: very kind, always available and with very quick responses. The house is really nice, very comfortable and, to my great surprise, much bigger and more spacious than it looked in the photos (it's usually the opposite!). Very clean, cared for in every detail and complete with everything you need to feel right at home. An excellent experience in every aspect. Highly recommended!

The house is very modernly furnished. The devices are all modern and easy to use. The wifi was very good. All rooms have air conditioning, which is very good and quiet. There are plenty of shower towels and hand towels. The bathrooms are very modern, the only thing missing is storage space in the lower bathroom. The location of the house is very good. The very nice beach and many good restaurants can be easily reached on foot. Free parking is available right outside the door. Communication with Andrea always worked very well. There could be more plates and pots, then you wouldn't have to turn on the dishwasher so often. There are plenty of glasses, cups and cutlery. The laundry rack is too small and there are definitely no cushions for the wooden loungers on the upper terrace. These are things that you can certainly change. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house.

The location and views are excellent, as are the accessibility and uncomplicated and free parking. Supermarket, nice cafes, restaurants etc are in the immediate vicinity. We especially enjoyed the calm and relaxed atmosphere in Sant 'Antioco. Fresh fish can be bought directly from fishermen in front of the house, who drives to fish every day. We were there with 2 children (2&6) and had no problems at all. Very good amenities such as washing machine, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Thanks for the great vacation time!

Clean, spacious, quiet, clear and bright apartment. The rooftop terrace,facing East , is a plus to have breakfast in the sun with sea views and on the boats of the small port. The location is ideal, close to the city center for shops and restaurants . Host accommodating for check-in times. Enjoy your stay!

The house managed by Emanuela (daughter of the owner) is beautiful and much better than in the photos. It is on two floors, there are two bathrooms and everything was extremely clean and tidy. The location is perfect, a few minutes from the port and free parking (about 8 min walk). Very close to clubs, restaurants and any type of commercial activity. Very easy to access and the check-in and check-out time was flexible. Emanuela was very kind and recommended dozens of places to eat at every meal, and for all our needs. We look forward to returning to Carloforte to stay here again!

Gian's accommodation is very pleasant and above all a superb view of the sea and with the sunset just opposite. We had a very good stay. Gian's parents were very welcoming and responsive.

The apartment is restored with great care and attention to detail, in an evocative location in the center of Carloforte, a stone's throw from bars and shops. The owners are very helpful and attentive to every request. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook for yourself. Had problems with the WiFi, but Patrizia responded quickly and got it working again. Thank you Patrizia!

Apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed to feel like home. Host is very responsive and helpful, Federica went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. She recommended a lot of places in the area. For us it was the perfect location because Calasetta is a small town where you can make groceries by foot and there’s a lot of places to eat, while it’s also very calm and quiet. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The house is very nice and in a comfortable area, about a 15-minute walk from downtown. It is very easy to communicate with Morena, if you have any questions or information, contacting her by message in a few minutes. The thing I appreciated most is the guide of the recommended places that Morena leaves for each guest, very useful to evaluate the activities to be carried out.

The apartment is cozy and functional. It is located in a strategic area of the country near the port and main amenities within walking distance. Very well cared for, clean and with everything you need. The owner is courteous, kind and never intrusive. I recommend it!
