You will have a kitchen/living area, a sleeping area with 160 x 190 bedding with storage. Bathroom with large shower and washing machine. As the construction is recent, the vegetation could not work a miracle to hide the view, the neighborhood is very nice.

30 m2 studio on the ground floor of our house with independent entrance and on one level. The living room, with a fitted kitchen and a sleeping area (queen size bed) overlooks the unfenced 1500 m2 garden. The bathroom (toilet and walk-in shower) has a washing machine and wardrobe. Linens (bed sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, towels and dish towels) are provided free of charge. You can park your vehicle near the studio entrance.
