Holiday rentals with beach access in San Pietro Island

Annalisa was an extremely friendly, committed and flexible hostess who accommodated us more than once. We had a relaxing break in Calasetta during the off-season. The apartment was equipped with the most important things. The only thing that bothered us was the bed, which squeaked and was a little too soft for our taste. Otherwise, we had a wonderful vacation. The bay in Calasetta was beautiful and the village looked like a picturesque sleepy fishing village in mid-September. Our tips: Spiaggia Coaquaddus and Spiaggia le Saline. Great stay! The place is big and clean, the patio is definitely a plus. The location is excellent as you are in the center of town, but in a quiet area, and 5 minutes walking from a beautiful beach (Sottotorre). The host was responsive and friendly! Definitely recommended!

Hi Francesca, thanks again for the attention 🍷and the nice welcome. We felt comfortable in the apartment and had everything we needed. In the area there are small simple restaurants as well as small shops. From the terrace you have a very good view of the sea with sunset.

Silvia, who took care of us, was very attentive and helpful. She immediately responded to all inquiries and was very helpful with tips on dining and nearby getaways. We visited Porto Paglia in May, which is off-season and were extremely satisfied. The whole neighborhood is full of magical paths for walks, blooming and scented nature, beautiful sunsets, and absolutely empty beaches. If someone is looking for a quiet and welcoming environment right by the sea, then in May this place is absolutely great. The place is well-equipped and clean. A private parking spot is a nice bonus. I'm almost afraid to describe how beautiful this cute little apartment is, because then it might never be available again! Joking aside - my husband and I were guests at very short notice for only two days and really loved "our" little gem! The facility has been designed with a special sense of aesthetics, the small interior balcony is really charming! The only drawback is that it was only available for two days. Something really special!

Since there was still preseason with us, it was very quiet in the residence, we liked that very much, we were able to relax superbly. The area is great for hiking and the many dream beaches in the nearby area were also great for us. Federico was a great host, communication with him was perfect. He had small treats, water and coffee capsules ready for us to welcome us. The kitchen is very well furnished. It had spices, olive oil and vinegar. There were also plenty of body care products and terry towels. A small disadvantage was that in the preseason in the nearby area, the gastronomy was not yet available, so we prepared the food ourselves. But that also worked out very well for us.

Very spacious house furnished with care and equipped with every comfort for a very pleasant stay. The large terrace with sea view is very nice, with a huge table for eating and equipped with sun loungers and armchairs for sunbathing or relaxing with a view of the island of San Pietro. Very convenient covered parking space on the property. Portoscuso is a small town but there are restaurants, two large supermarkets, an excellent ice cream shop and some shops. In ten days we visited the beautiful beaches of the area reaching Piscinas, Porto Flavia, the islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, the city of Iglesias. Sulcis was a beautiful discovery; to be recommended. Paola welcomed us very warmly, also available to give us flexibility in arrival and departure times.

We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s. The place was absolute spotless, close to local shops restaurants and the beach and had a small outside area with a table and a lovely view of the sea. Check in was super easy and Stefano was really helpful when it came to figuring out the recycling system in Italy. Would happily stay here again. 😊

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in this little paradise. The house has a large and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a smaller room, as well as a small bathroom. Everything very clean and functional, but not so advantageous for people over 180 cm. The location right on the beach and so close to the water is priceless. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea, swimming, snorkeling, walking along the beach for hours, that's pure vacation. There is also a lot to explore in the area, as well as great restaurants, good shopping, everything great. Our highlight was certainly the visit of the dolphins on the first day, while we enjoyed our aperitif on the veranda, two animals frolicked in the bay, indescribable. We were there at the end of the season, the bars/cafes on the beach were already closed, there were hardly any people left. We returned home completely happy. THANK YOU Valentina and Enzo!

The house is beautiful , with large indoor and outdoor spaces, cared for in every detail and very clean . Surrounded by nature, it guarantees a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Perfect stay! Chiara and Livio were impeccable hosts: very kind, always available and with very quick responses. The house is really nice, very comfortable and, to my great surprise, much bigger and more spacious than it looked in the photos (it's usually the opposite!). Very clean, cared for in every detail and complete with everything you need to feel right at home. An excellent experience in every aspect. Highly recommended!

Beautiful accommodation with 2 large terraces and a location close to the sea, 50 m from the sea and 150 m from the beach... very clean accommodation with very good quality bedding... beach amenities available to guests. Luca is very accommodating and very responsive. The residence is located about 500 m away. of the center with access by steps, small very quiet city...

We had 7 wonderful days in Patrizia's apartment. Our arrival was in the evening, which is why we were surprised at first by the supposedly abandoned hotel complex surrounded by nature. But Patrizia's apartment is lovingly and very comfortably furnished. We felt so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. The surroundings are an absolute dream for beach lovers and nature lovers. By car, the surroundings are very easy to explore and you can reach many very nice and quiet beaches. Since we were there after the high season, the hotel complex was little visited. We had the pool almost to ourselves and it was very quiet and relaxing. Every evening we could enjoy the breathtaking view directly to the sea and the sunset. An absolute highlight. The place is recommended for anyone who enjoys quiet days in nature and by the sea and at the same time wants to stay in a nice cozy home. Recommendation!!!

We had a great stay at Portoscuso. Angelo's place is a very nice apartment in a newly-buiot house. Everything was very clean. There was parking right in front of the building. The house is located close to the city center, within walking distance to restaurants and the beach.

We had a great, late season stay in Buggeru, and found that the apartment fit out needs perfectly. Chiara was there when we needed a little help. Would book here again.

I stayed 4 nights in this beautiful apartment, well cared for in the smallest details by Federica, an impeccable host who provided us with very precise instructions to carry out self-check-in in just a few minutes, without time limits. The apartment is clean and well furnished, just as shown in the photos. The area is also perfect for easily visiting the island of San Pietro considering that the ferry departure is just a stone's throw from the house.
