Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in San Pietro Island

Josephina was very friendly and punctual. The house is on 3 floors with a space outside where you can eat and private parking space. The location is great, 3 minutes walking distance from Calasetta beach and 5 minutes on foot from downtown. Highly recommended!

we took Ivan's accommodation to go to a concert in the Serbariu mine and it was really close, with a bike path lit at night. Ivan was immediately available and kind to give us all the necessary information, the house is very nice, very clean and tidy.

Raffaela's place was just as described - quite spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a useful en suite wc/sink for one of the bedrooms. It's in the newer part of Carloforte just outside the old district, about 6-8 mins walk to cafes, restaurants and maybe a 10 min walk to catch the ferry back to Sardinia or nearby Calasetta. The kitchen was quite well equipped if you want to eat in, with a lovely outdoor eating place. There's no wi-fi or air con but the mobile service was pretty good. Overall, it's a good value, very convenient option if you want to stay on the lovely island of San Pietro. If you don't mind a bit of walking, it's somewhere you can stay without a car and use local buses or bike rental to get to some lovely beaches and beauty spots. Silvia, who took care of us, was very attentive and helpful. She immediately responded to all inquiries and was very helpful with tips on dining and nearby getaways. We visited Porto Paglia in May, which is off-season and were extremely satisfied. The whole neighborhood is full of magical paths for walks, blooming and scented nature, beautiful sunsets, and absolutely empty beaches. If someone is looking for a quiet and welcoming environment right by the sea, then in May this place is absolutely great. The place is well-equipped and clean. A private parking spot is a nice bonus. Giusi's house is surrounded by greenery, 3 minutes by car from the centre of Carloforte, very convenient for getting around the village and the whole island if you have a car. The house has a beautiful outdoor area and inside and large and spacious. Giusi is very helpful and responsive! 😄

Clean, spacious, quiet, clear and bright apartment. The rooftop terrace,facing East , is a plus to have breakfast in the sun with sea views and on the boats of the small port. The location is ideal, close to the city center for shops and restaurants . Host accommodating for check-in times. Enjoy your stay!

We just returned from Alfio's house, after about three weeks: we were three families with children and we couldn't make a better choice! The apartments are very nice, clean and well-kept, nothing is missing, the beds are very comfortable and the quality linens! The house has a very nice large common space where children can play freely and safely and still really enjoyable even for adults. There is a bbq for very pleasant barbecues and a very comfortable outdoor shower. In addition, the building is located in the center of the village, very close to the newsstand, pastry shop, bar, supermarket, etc... at the same time, however, it is also very quiet and quiet. Alfio and his partner, Paola, are wonderful people, they welcomed us with great friendliness and efficiency and also offered us two beautiful Sardinian-style dinners, which we will not forget easily! We can only highly recommend to everyone to spend the holidays in this home.... Thank you Alfio and thank you Paola, we had a great time!!! We hope to see you again soon!

We stayed in 3, 2 adults and 1 child at Fabio's house, we had a great time. The house is as described, spacious, clean and with all the necessary and useful services and comforts. The area is very quiet and safe, Fabio is a great host, very kind and helpful and immediately ready to answer our questions and needs, as well as having given us all the necessary information for our stay in Porto Pino (supermarkets to go to and beaches to see). We liked it so much that we will definitely be able to return. Next time, I 😀 can only recommend Casa Rossa

Nicely renovated, has almost everything you could want. It has a mobile WiFi-box, which is really handy. Susy is such a good host; super quick responses and always looking for solutions to any problem. Note: Like it says in the listing, there is no hot water.

The apartment is spacious and bright with a spacious and comfortable terrace overlooking the salt pans. Extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Central but quiet area, a location from which you can visit the center on foot but also move easily to the beaches and the rest of the island both by car and scooter. Federico was courteous and helpful both in terms of flexibility of schedules and in providing us with directions to places and restaurants worth checking out. A week-long stay in which we felt at home. Highly recommended

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!

We had a good experience with Andrea’s place and communication was great. Beds were comfortable and the location was ideal.

Silvio and Marisol's place was perfect. You feel right at home, as the apartment is fully equipped. The location is just outside Iglesias but the city and the beach are very well and quickly accessible. We felt very comfortable and would always recommend them.
