We had a great stay at Pico De Loro, an exciting and a new experience for us, even the place was too far, mountanious, zigzag road the excitement cannot be compare with other resorts. Our host are also great didnt expect they are too young!!! The place is so clean and with complete utensils. Thank you so much. Hope to be back again and I hope that we can avail discount not senior discount though hehehe.

Hosst and Co-Host was accomodating. Proactive communications on anything that may impact your stay. Private but near convenience stores (walking distance). There is enough activities, from the pool to the basketball court and for those who like barbecues, an area to grill. Nice getaway whether with just you and your partner or with the whole family. Excited for the next booking.

We really loved our stay! We would like to come back again with the whole family. Sherwin and Marv are responsive to our queries even before we booked the place and during our check out. What you see in the listing is what you really great. What we love most about this unit is the view!

The place is as described. The house is pretty new and well maintained so I think we had the privilege to enjoy its beauty. The view is magnificent. The water is pristine and crystal clear. The pool is great but too deep however it is as expected as it was described as deep. I’d only recommend to have someone manage the listing and communication. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes outside and there were no response on both the contact number and as well in the app. We had to find the house ourselves before we could check. If I hadn’t get out of the car and find it myself we would have waited long. Overall the place is perfect. You just had to take a plight of stairs to get there but as expected it was communicated before booking.

Great to bring your family for a quick getaway. Quick access to famous places in tagaytay. Intermittent Internet connection but maybe because of recent typhoon. Nevertheless, everything’s great. Bring your mosquito repellent if it’s rainy season.

Location is great since it is almost accessible to most restaurants.

Solstice Suites is a great place to stay at most especially if you want to be near Tagaytay but don't want to stay at the center to escape the traffic. The pool was warm enough. The toilet and shower room are separate from each other. I love the fact that the kitchen is a different room altogether. We would have spared stressing around the mosquitoes at the time if we asked for bug spray. Don't be shy to ask help from the caretakers as they are almost always ready to help.

Carol is very easy to deal with and the resort has complete amenties. The caretaker, Ate Susan, was also responsive and pleasant all throughout our stay. Even if the resort is described aa cozy, it doesn't feel cramped for a party of 16. Thumbs up, Carol! Your place is a good choice in the area 😀

Worth the drive! Stayed here with friends and we had the best time. The hosts were super accommodating and even had flowers waiting for us when we arrived—such a sweet touch! We were 9 in the group, but the place felt really spacious, with so many spots to just chill and hang out. I also loved all the art pieces around the house. Perfect spot to unwind! We swam, kayaked (they’ve got life vests), and even enjoyed being offline for a bit (the Wi‑Fi was stable for anyone needing to catch up on work). 5/5, would totally go back! Big shoutout to Kuya Jason who helped out whenever we needed something during the trip. Thanks, Eia & Tito Ji! 😊

If you're looking for a "first class" overall experience & value for money, this is it! It can't get any better than what Michael and Maria is providing. Sure we had a minor glitch with parking and the walk to their place but when we got there...we completely forgot about it! Hosts are honest, generous (free use of kiaks hello :), exceptionally clean, has good taste (I love it!), responsive, and were very meticulous which helps a lot esp for out-of-town tourists like us. Expect everything there is in the island life. Snorkelling, island hopping, or just watching the sunset with a school of fish under your feet are some of the experiences that's worth every centavo! Don't just stay for a day or two - stay longer! It's super worth it. Whatever they promise-they give. And that, my peeps, is hard to find these days. :) This place, experience, and everything else...it's one for the books! Michael, Maria and their caretakers did a superb job hosting us! Our family had a wonderful overnight stay at Lilo's. The place was nice and very clean with complete amenities. It was actually better than the pictures. The host, Juliana, was very responsive and the caretakers, Susan and Jacqueline, were friendly and readily provided assistance. The beach, with it's clear water was just a few steps away. Overall it was a short and sweet vacation. Thank you for opening your beautiful home.

Positive: -The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 10. We enjoyed bonding in the living area and shared meals together at the large dining table. -One of the best features is the backyard, which includes a clean, private plunge pool—perfect for relaxing and exclusive to guests staying at the unit. -The three bedrooms were well-equipped with enough bathrooms to avoid any waiting, even with a large group. -There were plenty of beds for everyone, and both the sleeping arrangements and shared spaces were very comfortable. -Just a 2-minute walk to the beach—an unbeatable location! Negative: -Upon entering, there was a noticeable fishy smell, possibly left behind by previous guests who had cooked seafood. -We experienced a leak from the master bathroom on the second floor, which dripped down into the dining area. Overall: We had a great stay and truly enjoyed the property, especially the pool and the proximity to the beach. It was a wonderful experience.

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! Very clean place, bathrooms are all big, the common area upstairs was chef’s kiss especially during sunset. Place was very spacious and comfortable. The owner is also very responsive. Check in and out times are very generous. They also allowed us to check in 2hrs earlier.

Responsive host; we really appreciated how she addressed our queries/concerns (esp. parking). The place was clean and cozy, with enough beds and restrooms for our group. The unit has useful amenities (e.g., microwave, rice cooker, ref, Netflix, and a karaoke mic) and is near restaurants and malls/convenience stores. Maraming salamat po, Ms. Jacque!

It was very clean and the view outside was very pleasant to look at. The place was actually very comfortable to sleep at. The amenities listed there were complete and there were no troubles with the appliances & also the bathroom.

I think the bathroom is leaking outside. Nonetheless, our vacation was very comfy and convenient because of this.
