Holiday rentals with beach access in San Juan

Kuya Randy and ate Helen were very accomodating. The place was clean and peaceful. It was so close to the beach and the event’s place where we attended the wedding. Definitely worth the value for money. Will book again when we go back to Taal.

It was a nice stay with my friends. The owner’s mom was very nice to and treat us lunch after we check out. They made sure to provide everything we need. Place really feels like homey

We had a great stay at Pico De Loro, an exciting and a new experience for us, even the place was too far, mountanious, zigzag road the excitement cannot be compare with other resorts. Our host are also great didnt expect they are too young!!! The place is so clean and with complete utensils. Thank you so much. Hope to be back again and I hope that we can avail discount not senior discount though hehehe.

I had a very relaxing stay at this place. It is so quiet that you can truly enjoy your alone time. The atmosphere feels very safe, even when you are by yourself. I will definitely return and book this Airbnb again. It is exceptionally clean and peaceful, allowing you to fully relax and appreciate the beautiful surroundings.

Carla’s unit is stunning - looks even better than the photos. The place was spotless when we arrived and the entire place, including the cabinets smelled amazing. I didn’t realize how much a good smelling AirBnb could impact our stay but it def made us feel relaxed and at home. The caretaker was also very kind and helpful. Even brought us water the next day because we ran out of it. Only con about this unit: Seafront (the residential area where the unit is located within) is strict about swimming on the beach. If there’s a hint of danger, they’ll close it down. We stayed for 3 days and weren’t allowed to swim in the sea the entire stay. It was kind of frustrating because we stayed here for easy access to the beach 😅 This was NOT the host’s fault though, she was a great host in every aspect. We appreciated the free snacks and the honesty store too in the unit 🫶🏻

The place is as described. The house is pretty new and well maintained so I think we had the privilege to enjoy its beauty. The view is magnificent. The water is pristine and crystal clear. The pool is great but too deep however it is as expected as it was described as deep. I’d only recommend to have someone manage the listing and communication. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes outside and there were no response on both the contact number and as well in the app. We had to find the house ourselves before we could check. If I hadn’t get out of the car and find it myself we would have waited long. Overall the place is perfect. You just had to take a plight of stairs to get there but as expected it was communicated before booking.

Magic was a great host, answered all of our questions and was proactive, also gave us recommendations which was good

If you're looking for a "first class" overall experience & value for money, this is it! It can't get any better than what Michael and Maria is providing. Sure we had a minor glitch with parking and the walk to their place but when we got there...we completely forgot about it! Hosts are honest, generous (free use of kiaks hello :), exceptionally clean, has good taste (I love it!), responsive, and were very meticulous which helps a lot esp for out-of-town tourists like us. Expect everything there is in the island life. Snorkelling, island hopping, or just watching the sunset with a school of fish under your feet are some of the experiences that's worth every centavo! Don't just stay for a day or two - stay longer! It's super worth it. Whatever they promise-they give. And that, my peeps, is hard to find these days. :) This place, experience, and everything else...it's one for the books! Michael, Maria and their caretakers did a superb job hosting us! I highly recommend this place for your family/friends' vacation. Host is super responsive to all of our inquiries and the place is very neat. All amenities are spot on and they are well maintained. Caretaker is friendly as well.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

Our family had a truly heartwarming Christmas Eve at Casa del Rey in San Juan, Batangas. The place was a perfect blend of comfort and style, making us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We're so grateful for their hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

A great place to stay! My family and I enjoyed our time so much that they even want to come back for more nights. It’s a perfect spot to take a break from the busy metro. The owner and the caretakers are kind and very responsive to all of our inquiries and concerns. Overall, it’s truly worth it! ☺️

Loved everything about the place! Cozy bed with pristine white sheets, spacious T&B, plus board games both for adults and kids! Less than a minute walk from the beach. Very peaceful as everyone in the area followed the 10pm curfew. Most of all, Tatay Arthur was so friendly and accommodating which made our stay more memorable! Highly recommended for families and to those who really want to unwind and relax.

We enjoyed our stay. Ate Cora is the best. She is responsive and accommodating. She even help us find the tours for us and the rates are just right and way cheaper than the offering on the beach. We are even allowed to check in early. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

Hans was very communicative and although we did not meet him, he introduced us to his care taker via phone. Mrs. Lorna made sure that we were received at the ferry terminal at Puerto Galera by her husband who was holding a sign with my name. Once we got to the apartment, Mrs. Lorna made sure we had everything we needed, explaining all of the amenities and offering to introduce us to the tour guide (who is fantastic!) and to a housekeeper. We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The AC worked, we had drinking water provided us to by Mrs. Lorna, and the apartment is about a 20 minute Trike ride from White Beach. The tours provided by the tour guide were fantastic. All of the kitchen amenities worked. Things to keep in mind - the apartment upstairs may be used by other people and there is a 5 - 7 minute hill to walk up to the house if not using a trike.

We had an amazing time during our stay, we arrived early in the island and Ate Cora was kind enough to let ys check in early which made our first day at Puerto Galera worth it. The place was exactly what was described, clean, spacious and perfect for 4 of us. We were able to use the kitchen which was great since we like to make our own food from time to time. Though we had a slight issue with the TV and its internet connection so we weren’t able to use it at all but we were out most of the days so it wasnt really big of an issue. Our stay was totally worth it!

Great place to stay, near the port. The place is spaceous with its own kitchen and refrigerator that works well. The airconditioning is really cold and has its shared veranda. Staff are polite and helpful and walking distance to the beach. Will definitely come again

This is our second time booking Miss Ice’s unit. Highly recommended! Our family had a wonderful stay. Miss Ice and Sir Al were both very responsive and accommodating to all our inquiries, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

we had a great time during our stay, the unit is a few walk to the beach, passing by the lagoon. there is no internet in the room, sa country club lang..mahina din signal ng mobile data kaya lakad ka na lang sa country club or shuttle free naman yung wifi..may coffee shop, and may resto..ok magluto sa unit but ok din if mag dine in sa resto worth naman yung price ng group meals.

Pros Ate Cora was extremely responsive. From when I booked a reservation online up to the check out time, she was right there with us. She made us feel at home and when we ask for stuff, she does her best to accommodate us. Not beachfront but it's only a 3-min walk to White Beach. I prefer being away from all the loud noise so it works for me. Has it's own kitchen so we saved a lot by cooking our food. Cons Slow wifi so make sure to bring a pocket wifi, especially if you work remotely. Hot water doesn't work sometimes. Parking could be an issue. No dedicated parking but there's a small space at the back that could only fit maybe two cars. There's pay parking a few meters away. I would still rate the experience 5-stars because Ate Cora was an amazing host. Highly recommended!
