Beach house holiday rentals in San Juan

We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate 2 bdays. The place itself was great! What you see is what you get ✨ The caretakers are mababait and responsive my slight delays lang on our requests but we totally understand. 😊 The beach is not so great tbh, wrong timing lang siguro punta namin maulan, the waves are big and mej short time lg kmi nakapag swim and there's a ship infront 😅 and my mga trash, coconut husks, lots of sticks/wood, food wrappers, broken glasses but good thing is my naglilinis naman ng beach just be careful lang and wear your slippers. 🍃 Also I noticed the lights on the bedroom sa main floor are too dark IDK maybe ako lang 😅 mej masakit sa eyes maybe make it a little more brighter. Overall I rate our stay 8/10 😍 we get to enjoy karaoke, netflix, cooking kasi complete ang gamit, water dispenser is very convenient especially they offer unli water refill, working fridge and all ACs are working nicely! Thank you til next time po! 🫶

Our family had a wonderful overnight stay at Lilo's. The place was nice and very clean with complete amenities. It was actually better than the pictures. The host, Juliana, was very responsive and the caretakers, Susan and Jacqueline, were friendly and readily provided assistance. The beach, with it's clear water was just a few steps away. Overall it was a short and sweet vacation. Thank you for opening your beautiful home.

Positive: -The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 10. We enjoyed bonding in the living area and shared meals together at the large dining table. -One of the best features is the backyard, which includes a clean, private plunge pool—perfect for relaxing and exclusive to guests staying at the unit. -The three bedrooms were well-equipped with enough bathrooms to avoid any waiting, even with a large group. -There were plenty of beds for everyone, and both the sleeping arrangements and shared spaces were very comfortable. -Just a 2-minute walk to the beach—an unbeatable location! Negative: -Upon entering, there was a noticeable fishy smell, possibly left behind by previous guests who had cooked seafood. -We experienced a leak from the master bathroom on the second floor, which dripped down into the dining area. Overall: We had a great stay and truly enjoyed the property, especially the pool and the proximity to the beach. It was a wonderful experience.

Very clean place, bathrooms are all big, the common area upstairs was chef’s kiss especially during sunset. Place was very spacious and comfortable. The owner is also very responsive. Check in and out times are very generous. They also allowed us to check in 2hrs earlier.

The place is homey, very neat and smells so good. It is also near the clubhouse and beach. Very secure ang place and mabait and magalang ang staff/guards ng subdivision. Ms. Grace is also so nice to answer all my queries and even granted a 1hr extension sa stay since super nagenjoy kami magswim. Marami man ang tao but it doesn’t feel crowded because the pool is huge and very kid friendly. Definitely worth a comeback!

Great place for a family hangout. The place was big and comfortable and had all the things we needed for a weekend break. Coordinating with Kuya Mandy was also a breeze. We will definitely book again.

Great spot for a Christmas getaway! Spent the Christmas Eve here with my family, and it was a cozy and relaxing stay. The veranda has stunning views—perfect for enjoying coffee and an al-fresco dinner. Got lost heading to the place due to Waze glitch but host was helpful enough to lead us to the right direction. The stairs can be a bit challenging because of the rain but it’s part of the charm! So worth it when we reached the house. A great place to unwind, especially for some quiet family time. Would love to come back again!

We really enjoy our stay here. Ms. Joan, sir. Rex and Ate Gagay are very friendly and accommodating. The house, beach, and pool are good. All worth it! 🥰

Carol is very easy to deal with and the resort has complete amenties. The caretaker, Ate Susan, was also responsive and pleasant all throughout our stay. Even if the resort is described aa cozy, it doesn't feel cramped for a party of 16. Thumbs up, Carol! Your place is a good choice in the area 😀

We had a great stay. Ma'am Mary Ann and Kuya Abet were very nice and hands on. The kids loved swimming and lounging by the pool. The place was squeaky clean and looked exactly the as the pictures and more. The sunset view is the best. PS Thank you for the free Turon and scuba diving lessons.

We had a great stay! Perfect for family--kids and pets! Hosts were very friendly and we felt right at home.

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

The place is quiet. Although it is a bit far from the beach, the house is spacious, and you can still enjoy your time there.

Christianne's and Susan (caretaker) are both SUPER HOST! If you are looking for a peaceful place and very private in Batangas/South, this is the PLACE. Great for family and friends space with an amazing view of the Batangas/Balayan Bay and overlooking the mountain range of Mindoro/Puerto Galera. Suggestion though, before you come, pass by the Mabini public market for some food shopping (meat/veg/seafood) if you are planning for big meals, if not, there's a grocery store close by and some Talipapa (small meat/seafood shops) along the way. Do i come back? 100% SURE!!!! Enjoy your stay!

The place was very clean and beautiful! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained place to stay.

We really enjoyed the beautiful view in front of the infinity pool with the sea and verde island in the background. ! This abnb was a great find . Their attention to detail was amazing. Interiors and amenities were up to hotel standards . It is a cozy getaway for the weekend.They even had a staff who were courteous and very helpful. The beach is a trek down but we were happy to just chill in front of the pool. I highly recommend this place 😍

My only concern is that Water pressure is weak. Trim down the grasses along the entrance. But overall our stay is great. The place is really quiet and i recommend this place when stay in laiya. Great host by the way.

It was a great getaway, off the grid private breal

Money spent in this place is worth it. The place is huge. We were a total of 21 (14 adults and 7 kids) who checked in and there were still beds to fill in. The whole place was clean. Literally 1 min walk to the beach. Kayjay the caretaker, was easy to talk to and available when needed. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating. There was an incident when the glass sliding door accidentally fell on its own. The owner immediately went to the place to make sure no one got hurt. Overall, this beach house is highly recommended.

The place is clean and a good place to relax and unwind. Special mention to the caretaker, Nanay Juling who was very helpful and who made sure to respond to our every need.

Spacious yung house we really enjoyed our stay, be ready lang may very onting hiking lng since medyo steep yung way papunta sa accom but depends on what lodge you took/choose. The overall experience was very good, will probably recommend to some friends. :)
