Beachfront holiday rental in San Juan

We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate 2 bdays. The place itself was great! What you see is what you get ✨ The caretakers are mababait and responsive my slight delays lang on our requests but we totally understand. 😊 The beach is not so great tbh, wrong timing lang siguro punta namin maulan, the waves are big and mej short time lg kmi nakapag swim and there's a ship infront 😅 and my mga trash, coconut husks, lots of sticks/wood, food wrappers, broken glasses but good thing is my naglilinis naman ng beach just be careful lang and wear your slippers. 🍃 Also I noticed the lights on the bedroom sa main floor are too dark IDK maybe ako lang 😅 mej masakit sa eyes maybe make it a little more brighter. Overall I rate our stay 8/10 😍 we get to enjoy karaoke, netflix, cooking kasi complete ang gamit, water dispenser is very convenient especially they offer unli water refill, working fridge and all ACs are working nicely! Thank you til next time po! 🫶

We had a wonderful stay here with my friends! The place was well-equipped with complete kitchen utensils and plenty of tables and chairs, making it easy for us to cook and dine together. The bathroom was clean with a strong and reliable water supply. Both the host and the caretaker were very responsive and accommodating, quickly addressing any questions or requests we had. Overall, a great experience — would happily stay here again!

Had a relaxing and fun stay at this place! the way to and from the place is challenging but, it was all worth it because the beach is really clean and we get to see breathtaking underwater view thanks to the provided kayaks and snorkeling gears in the place 😊 as for the house, everything you need is already there and much more.. special thanks to Ms. Frances who's been so accommodating of our queries and for providing us clear instructions and reminders 🙏🏼 would love to go back!

Everything was good. The accommodation was a few steps away from the beach and the staff was helpful. The beach itself was not very rocky.

Absolutely perfect stay! This beach house was everything we hoped for and more. Super private, peaceful, and just steps from the beach—it felt like our own little paradise. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and our dog was in heaven running around the yard and playing in the sand. It’s hard to find truly pet-friendly places that still feel like a retreat, but this one nailed it. What really stood out was the community vibe—neighbors were incredibly warm and welcoming without being intrusive. Everyone made us feel at home right away. Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking to unwind in a serene, pet-friendly spot with great people around. Already dreaming of our next visit!

Regina was very communicative all throughout the process. The house is very well kept and the views are awesome. The only negative that are the amount stairs and steps of the whole property. Not exactly physically disabled friendly. The views are very picturesque. It was great that the house is pet friendly. Regina’s caretaker, Inday, is such a great resource and a gem. Hopefully we can go back soon.

The place was wonderful. It was so serene since we had the whole thing to ourselves. Although the house needed a few renovations, it was super cozy and the wind came through and through from morning til afternoon. It was also chilly at night and surprisingly there were no mosquitoes. The beds and linens were neat and tidy, and the comfort rooms were clean as well. Vei and Ate Elen were very accommodating. We had alot of questions and they both were very responsive. Since the place was remote and there were no nearby restaurants, Ate Elen cooked all our food, and everything was divine! We just sent a menu request in advance and she took care of all the rest. She always made sure we were comfortable. She and her husband even booked the boat ride from Balatero for us and helped us set up a bonfire during our last night. We loved how we were welcomed with fresh buko juice. Just the ideal drink to quench our thirst on a hot summer day. We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Pico De Loro, an exciting and a new experience for us, even the place was too far, mountanious, zigzag road the excitement cannot be compare with other resorts. Our host are also great didnt expect they are too young!!! The place is so clean and with complete utensils. Thank you so much. Hope to be back again and I hope that we can avail discount not senior discount though hehehe.

Nice and peaceful place, may tv and karaoke (youtube) may card games and pool. Near din sa beach. super accommodating pa ng host and helper. May restaurant din nearby if ayaw nyo magluto. 5/5 super happy with the stay

Our staycation at Jennifer’s lovely Seafront Residences place last April 5–6 was truly one for the books. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with an early check-in—such a nice surprise that set the tone for a relaxing getaway, after a 3-hour tedious drive from Alabang. The house was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The cool aircon was a blessing, and the amenities were complete, making our stay feel effortless. We spent our day between the beach and a bit of the pool area at the gorgeous clubhouse (snacks), soaking in the peaceful vibes and beautiful surroundings. Overall, it was the perfect quick escape—comfortable, convenient, and genuinely refreshing.

The owner and the staff are so accommodating and friendly. The place is very clean. Bathroom, utensils are spotless. They also provide a subtle room air fresheners. The sheets and the pillows smells great, you know that they are taking good care of the place. The restaurant food also taste great, not too pricey and hefty serving (lomi and pansit recommended). My family and I enjoyed our stay, so enjoyed the place that we immediately reserved the date for our summer bonding. Would love to stay. more than 3 nights here. Very relaxing place. Worth the trip!

Our Host is responsive, the place is just indeed a minute to the beach. He allowed us to bring pets and have an early check in. The place is worth the price and lots of beds to sleep in. Just had a comment in the videoke on the 3rd floor coz of delay of sounds in mic hence overall it was a good and comfy stay. Much recommended! 👍🏻

10000/10 Experience 💫 We are a group of 13. The property is stunning clean, cozy, and surrounded by breathtaking nature. What we loved most was the exclusivity of the place; it was all ours to enjoy. We enjoyed unlimited kayaking, the spacious pavilion, and the incredibly roomy accomm's. Even with our group size, the Balay Daku and two tipis were more than enough to fit us comfortably. There were plenty of extra mattresses and blankets, and the place stays refreshingly cool, making it perfect for relaxing. We also took advantage of the complimentary Ilog tour. While the weather didn’t cooperate for other activities (it rained the whole weekend), we were still able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the quiet escape. A special shout-out to Kuya Joven who was always available and attentive to our needs. And to Kuya Kirby for being so responsive and very welcoming! If you're looking for a secluded, nature-filled retreat with no internet distractions, this place is perfect!!

Awesome place! Even with the rainy weather, our stay was pleasant. This is only the 3rd airbnb we stayed in where there were house staff who cooked meals for the guests. We didn't have to go to restaurants all the time, and we were able to enjoy a real vacation. The house staff ate Cynthia and her family were very helpful and always happy to treat us like family guests. I am happy to know that the homeowner has been checking in on us, if we were comfy during the stay. We enjoyed the house Christmas decors as well, took nice family photos in the house. Norman who assisted in the booking was also very helpful with our questions. Looking forward to staying here again with a bigger group and hopefully when weather is sunny.

This was one of my best AirBNB experiences. I don't stay in AirBNB's with the owners present (although sometimes they may rent it in their absence). However, since our only other option for the area seemed to be expensive resorts, we gave it a shot. Staying with Rosanna (aka Isla's B&B) was such a pleasure. It was everything I wanted to experience from Filipino hospitality. Her house is literally on the beach in Mabini. Her partner is an American who came to stay and just never left because Rosanna's hospitality is that good. He built a second floor covered balcony, where we spent most of our time working and watching the sunset. There is beautiful snorkeling right in front of the home. Rosanna is an incredible cook and will cook you meals if you choose. Btw, the whole community is basically her family, so if you need anything, she is like the unofficial mayor and just pulls out her phone and makes it happen. I recommend renting a scooter on your way so you have a way to get around.

Ella is responsive while ate Tess (care taker) is way very helpful beyond their duty. There was a temporary power outage but good thing they have back up power generator.

Everything is in the description. Very good host. Just ask because they are responsive. The rooms are what I like the most, fully air conditioned. The dining area has a view of the sea and it’s windy and relaxing. Black sand beach. There are areas in the sea where the rocks/seashells are sharp so better bring aqua shoes, tho we didn’t but still enjoyed it. We enjoyed it!
