Recreation in the forest settlement of Glashütte, House Iris

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

In 2021, we created a guest apartment on our former hayloft. Here you have peace and nature! The bright apartment is 60 square meters, has a kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm), a living and dining room with a fireplace. In the entrance hall is the wardrobe and space for hiking boots. A crib/extra bed is available. This includes an outdoor seating area with an umbrella. Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

Red apartment on the estate

This is our 2-room apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a bedroom with a large double bed, a living-dining-bedroom-kitchen with a sofa bed and an armchair bed, plus a pretty, modern bathroom. VERY IMPORTANT: Many, many animals live on our farm! Here the roosters crow in the morning, the ducks quack and the pigs argue a little louder at breakfast... Please ONLY book if you accept this.

Cozy quiet vacation home

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.

Tiny House "Zirbe" by the lake with sauna

Cozy cottage for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built exclusively with ecological materials and furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Our beautiful, sun-drenched vacation home is built in wood and offers everything a family or a small travel group needs. Attention: Only for non-smokers indoors and outdoors! A fully equipped open kitchen, four spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sunny terraces, a large garden and a double carport. The house has underfloor heating and is completely barrier-free, including the showers.

The 120 m² ground floor can accommodate up to 8 guests (incl. Towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.
