For the 2026 state horticultural show, you will stay with us in the middle of the countryside and only 10 minutes away. In the middle of streams, biotopes and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modernly restored mill estate in the Bauhaus style near the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area borders a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with sauna, jacuzzi, sun loungers and fireplace

Ideal for families as well as for several trade fair visitors of a company or fitters who want to share an apartment. Conveniently located (20 minutes to Han./trade fair or Hildesheim city center), train connection from Elze station. Protected parking spaces in the courtyard are sufficiently available. Possibility of garden use.

Small, cozy bedroom with a single bed and bathroom. Exclusive kitchen available, as well as shared use of the laundry room and a private terrace. Parking in the courtyard, to the right of the house. 3 km from the old town. Marktkauf, Mediamarkt, a DIY store and other shopping options are within walking distance. It is a suite in a detached house (bungalow) where our family lives. Please note: We have two lovely dogs (Lilli and Berry) who like to greet our guests.

Private home in Lauenstein

Relax with family or friends at this harmonious place to stay. We don't have a nice view, but we do have a private outdoor area with a small pool and a lounge with a TV. The pool is only available during the bathing season, from about mid-May to approx. the end of September (depending on the weather). Winter promotion from November to March: From 2 nights you will receive a 20 euro voucher for the Ith-Sole-Therme in Salzhemmendorf :-) Pets on request.

Apartment am Ith

This small vacation apartment for a maximum of two people is located on the first floor in the rear building and can be reached through a separate entrance through a staircase. Of course, you can lock the apartment. Several windows offer views of the courtyard, shrubs and meadow. A small bathroom just for you with a toilet and shower is included. Towels and linens are provided. Ideally suited for cyclists, hikers, short-term vacationers, pilgrims or assemblers.

In the countryside for the holidays :-))) In our comfortably furnished apartment in Bessingen am Ith, you can spend a beautiful vacation in a scenic location. The bright apartment in the center of town is newly renovated, modernly furnished and can accommodate 2 people. Hikes through the Ith, the other heights of the Weser Uplands, city tours to Hameln, Bodenwerder or Bad Münder, as well as relaxation in the Ith-Sole Therme are very close.

Golden apartment on the estate

Stylish apartment with one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from which you can watch the pigs in the open air while showering. On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that is, the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place for barbecues or a campfire.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Feel free to use the apartments for only one night or several days or weeks, for a discovery tour of the area or also for a professional stay. Weserbergland between Einbeck and Bodenwerder. This bright, spacious apartment was newly furnished in 2019/20 and is located in the Wickensen Town Hall, an ensemble of the Weser Renaissance from 1542. The apartment has a kitchen-living room, a living room and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Suitable for 1 to 4 people.

Die gemütliche, neu eingerichtete Ferienwohnung (62 Quadratmeter) für 2 Personen ist barrierefrei, mit Terrasse und eigenem Eingang, Bad, Wohnküche und Schlafzimmer ausgestattet. Durch ein Zustellbett ist die Unterbringung einer weitere Person im Schlafzimmer möglich. Frühstück kann auf Wunsch gebucht werden.
