Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Central and barrier-free apartment with terrace

The rooms are located in the basement of the house and are accessible without stairs. Two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet + shower and a kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker and kettle are available. The level is exclusive for our guests. There is a separate entrance from the outside with beautiful views of the garden, which can also be used. The house (first floor) is occupied, but very quiet. We have a small dog that is very family friendly.

Das Haus ist Mitte der neunziger Jahre im skandinavischen Stil errichtet worden und im Jahr 2018 aufwendig renoviert worden. Here you have peace and nature! This bright, barrier-free apartment is 94 square meters, has a kitchen with seating, a large shower room, a bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm) and a living room with access to the terrace/small garden. 1 child's/extra bed can be provided on request; sofa bed in the living room. A vacation home just as you want it. In the barn there is enough space for storage; please also visit our 1st apartment "Heuboden"

Golden apartment on the estate

Stylish apartment with one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from which you can watch the pigs in the open air while showering. On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that is, the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place for barbecues or a campfire.

The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
