Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saku

They were polite from the first to the end. We stayed with 4 families this time, including our children, and everyone was very satisfied!! Above all... I was impressed by the fact that I left early in the morning, I was tired from skiing, and I didn't have to wash a lot of laundry at the end. The kids are excited about Switch!I enjoyed it on the big screen TV. Plenty of amenities and clean towels.The bathroom was also clean. I saw the reviews in advance and heard that there were ingredients, but... it was more surprising than I imagined.It was a fun meal for adults, including the children. I understand that reviews have been good so far. We would like to stay again, and it is the No. 1 without complaint.

I stayed with my 3-year-old child and family. I rented one building, so I had a relaxing time without worrying about the surroundings. The host, Yoshimichi, lives in the neighboring house and was very friendly. It was a quiet residential neighborhood. When I took a walk early in the morning, the sky across the field was spacious and lovely. There is Lawson and a yakiniku restaurant a few minutes walk away, and everything is about 10 minutes by car, so there is no inconvenience.

Six friends from Australia, were fortunate to stay at Rumi and Roberto wonderful B & B in the mountain slopes of Bessho onsen in the district of Ueda. 4 days of exploring the area, recommended eateries, onsons, galleries gave us an insight into a unique Japanese lifestyle. Friendly people made us feel welcome and we soon overcame the language differences by a mixture of hand signs and attempts at basic Japanese. The hospitality of Rumi and her recommended places to eat was outstanding. This has been a great start to journey in Japan. It has set the tone for the coming weeks. Thank you Rumi and Roberto.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was as described, while compact is was slightly larger than I had envisaged. Definitely well located in Echoland. Desmond and his team provided complimentary transfers too and from Hakuba Station which was greatly appreciated. From my research Hannas house provide good value for money. I would recommend Hannas house with a few caveats, the stairs to the second level are very steep so maybe not great for very young children or if you are less mobile. We were lucky to have significant snow falls which meant that quite a bit of shovelling was required to keep the entry clear and the driveway accessible if you are considering hiring a car.

The response was quick and kind. Furniture and facilities were considered to be arranged to make the building look beautiful. The pellet stove was pretty good.

Super nice location. Envry thigs were well prepared. the sigthseeing spots were just a minutes from the place. I wish i would have a visit agian!!!

If I could rate Eiro's place with 10 stars I would do so with no hesitation. The apartment is spacious, very comfortable for a family stay. Everything was super clean and there were instructions for everything, which made us feel comfortable. The location is great. Just along the canal, we had a great view of Cherry Blossom from our window. The apartment is full of light. Walking distance to some great restaurants and the train station. It was great when we depart to Tokyo by train. Eiryo is always around, happy to answer any questions. Highly Recommended

Easy and convenient! Great location and easy walk to the main street of Echoland. Huge corridor/hallway perfect for all of our luggage so it didn’t clutter the rooms. Comfortable beds and really good showers. Thanks for hosting us David, it was a great stay!

The host is friendly and helpful. The house is cosy, clean and well equipped. Checkin and checkout is very easy. Recommend for couple and groups 3-4 people.

The house was beautifully spacious, clean and toasty warm! Super close to the train station/ bus shuttles and supermarket. The house itself had everything you need! Pete was extremely great at communicating and helping us with the best local places to eat and organising transport. If I come back to Hakuba I’ll definitely be booking this place! 10/10

Communication with hosts is quick and clear, the place is clean and location couldn't be better, great stay!

Everything was very good. The description helped to find the place and enter. Hanke always reacted very quickly and proactively gave tipps for sightseeing specials, like the lighting of the castle at night. The apartment is very close to the castle - just few minutes to walk and situated very well in the city.

The place is clean, simple and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Most attractions are not right outside the door, but the bus stop leading to them is. Glendys greeted me personally and gave me some tips. I appreciate that very much.

All facilities were spacious and clean, so 5 people could have a satisfactory night. We look forward to staying again when we revisit Matsumoto.

Very fun and beautiful place. You can tell that they took a lot of time and planning to create the layout and atmosphere. It’s by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever booked.

The Alps Chalet is in a great location. It provides a beautiful view of the forest and is a short drive or walk to some great bars and restaurants. Highly recommend this spot!

I could not recommend Villa Monochrome enough! Yasue was so helpful the whole time of our stay, she picked us up and dropped us off at the bus terminal for arrival and departure and even drove us to get groceries. She was helpful during our stay and really made us feel at home. The accommodation was beautiful and well equipped and the location is fantastic for snowsports at Happo One. Will definitely be staying again! Special mention for the Kotatsu (heated) table. That was such a lovely treat after a day on the mountain. 10/10 for Villa Monochrome.

I can’t hype this place up enough. Perfect homey hideaway, right next to sakka slopes!! After a recommendation of rental gear (5 minutes away) we just needed to gear up and cross the road to the ski lifts. Its such a flex to be able to just walk back across the road to a warm and homey villa. We can’t thank Yasue and her partner enough. We will be back!! Would love to hike this area in spring. It was purely magical in winter, and was lucky enough to see some snow monkeys too!! We loved Hakuba. Hopefully we can come when there are less tourists as they can be quite disrespectful. We hope we have made a good impression for you!! Thank you very much and can’t wait to be back!!
