Pleasant accommodation and as described, several shops are located nearby and the city center is a 15-minute walk. Communication for check-in and checkout was seamless.

Apartment in a great location, spacious, well arranged and crossing. From the balcony overlooking the harbor and the park and rooms overlooking the church. It's super nice to have lunch with the rising sun. On the other hand, if like me, you are sensitive to noises don't forget your quiescent balls! But despite that, I had a great stay and I recommend this apartment in the heart of Royan.

We spent a very pleasant few days at Viviane's in this little cocoon facing the park and the sea. Superb walk to do at the foot of the building, along the coast via a beautiful park, sea bus just downstairs that also allowed us to reach downtown La Rochelle in 15 minutes while taking a short walk on the water... The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. Our host was very nice and accommodating, I recommend!

We had a great time in Oléron. The house was super nice. We were there with 2 families with kids and everything was absolutely perfect. The welcome was very nice and generous, the house very clean. We were great! I don't want to leave;-)

Sandrine is very accommodating with check-in and check-out times and the layout of a lockbox helps with flexibility In addition to a very neat layout, the accommodation has a terrace whose comfort and privacy we enjoyed. if she wants us, we'll come back, even as a couple.

Very well located house on the island to enjoy the beaches, bike paths and different villages. Very well equipped house, nothing was forgotten . Stephane was very accommodating and friendly We'll be happy to go back

Anne-Marie generously welcomed us with a basket more than stocked ( cider, cake,pineau...) . We fed the chickens that made us feel good with 3 eggs a day. We also enjoyed the vegetable garden. The house is renovated and spacious for 6 people, the garden with several terraces in the shade or sun to choose from, the library and games are available. Big garden nice for our dog. The beach is a 10-15 min walk, that of the great coast or the wild coast accessible by bike in 15 min or by car. Beautiful Palmyra Zoo nearby. Anne-Marie was available throughout the week, and very flexible on arrival/ departure times and good advice on restaurants and activities in the area. Central accommodation to visit La Tremblade in Saint Georges de Didonne, by car or bike (many bike paths). We highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

One of my best experiences on Airbnb. Before the booking Christine was super helpful and responsive. Their place is magical. Spacious and decorated in a lovely characterful way. We were 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a new born and everyone was happy. The bikes and child’s trailer were in good condition and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area with them. The location is perfect, the town of marennes is beautiful and peaceful. The market a few doors down is fantastic and we shopped there every day it was open. The large supermarket is a short walk away. The bakery next door was fantastic also. We spent every evening cooking in the large well equipped kitchen. A brilliant holiday that wouldn’t have been the same without this Airbnb - Thankyou Christine and Olivier!

We had such a relaxing time in this beautiful place. All amenities exceed our expectations and the place was superb for exploring the surroundings by bike or by foot. All rooms were modern and spotless. Kitchen has all you need. Nice and clean pool maintained professionally. We felt very safe here and would love to return.

Accommodation is ideally located: 500 meters from the market halls, 600 meters from the old port, 800 meters from the port des minimes. As the accommodation is located close to all shops and amenities, so the neighborhood is lively. The accommodation is very clean and true to the description with clean linens and sufficient for 4 people. We had trouble throwing away our garbage, the host responded very quickly to my call and was understanding. I specify that the garbage room is well located on the street on the left when exiting the accommodation and not rue des marionnettes. We would recommend this listing.

Stay from July 20 to 27, family with 2 children. Nice apartment, very well equipped with optimized space; compliant with the presentation and photos. Impeccable on arrival (tidy, clean) and provision of cleaning products. Very good location (close to the beach, port, shops...) and quiet of the residence appreciated. However, small difficulty in finding the exact location (GPS note problem?); but very responsive host and "problem" resolved quickly. We had a pleasant stay in this place.

The accommodation is very well located in the center of La Rochelle: it is possible to do anything on foot. The apartment is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. Sarah is also very welcoming and accommodating; especially on checkout time (we were able to leave our luggage in the accommodation until early afternoon.) We recommend this place for a stay for two in La Rochelle.
