We only stayed 1 night at the start of a long roadtrip round France, although Nicolas didn’t speak much English nor we spoke much French, he was very friendly and helpful. Has all the basic needs for several nights.

I had a pleasant stay with my 2 15-year-old boys at Arnaud's. This cozy little nest is easy to find in the heart of the Rochalian city and everything is within easy reach ( restaurant, shop, beach , monuments). It is quiet, sunny and there is all the comforts you want.Arnaud, even offered to leave at the time we want what made us happy. No hesitation, it no longer matches its description in all.

This small studio is ideally located, in the heart of St Trojan, close to the port and shops, as well as the beach, which allows you to do x things on foot or by bike It sits in a very quiet alley. Several car parks are nearby. Clémence is a very available, responsive and communicative person. She's concerned about whether her space is at your convenience. Good value. To be recommended.

We had a great time and a good stay in La Rochelle. The accommodation is very quiet and very close to the market and shopping streets. It's very spacious and well-equipped, it's perfect with a very good welcome from Sandra. Bikes are available to take you further, knowing that the entire city centre is pedestrianised. Just one downside for which the owner Sandra is not responsible, parking as in many cities but we were well advised to overcome this, places are free in the street of the accommodation only on Saturday from 6.30 pm and Sunday. This accommodation has an exceptional geographical location, it is at the foot of the mythical towers of La Rochelle, in a pedestrian street and full of good restaurants. In addition, it is very quiet , which is appreciated after good days of sightseeing. Leaving the accommodation, you can walk through the neighborhoods to see in the city but also visit the aquarium, take the boat to the Islands, eat good dishes...without taking the car. Great!

Clean accommodation and close to shops and restaurants on foot, plus there is a private and numbered parking space with the apartment which allows you to park easily in the tourist season. Thierry is very kind and attentive. Thank you again

Bernard and Monique's house is a lovely house, very well arranged, well heated, perfectly located close to the sea. The layout is perfect for a family with the possibility for parents to benefit from a separate bedroom and bathroom, and for children to be well settled on the first floor… The hospitality is both warm and respectful of the hosts. It's a great place and we'll be happy to go back.

We had a great stay in this very well located accommodation, beautiful decoration, perfect amenities. The rooms are spacious with storage, super convenient kitchen with top equipment. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to all amenities. A special feature to note if you book this cottage is that the two bedrooms located on the ground floor do not communicate from the inside with the rest of the house. It all depends on the age of your children. The rooms on the ground floor are very good for adults or young adults because their access is independent. Perfect short stay 👍🏻

well located accommodation that matches the listing. We were 6 adults, a small child and a dog. 3 beautiful bedrooms and a cocooning exterior. Sandrine offered us the high chair and the cot. Quiet area and possibility to go to the beach and the center of Royan without problem. We were able to take the accommodation a little earlier in the day. Really nothing to complain about and to recommend without problem. Thank you!

The house or the two houses are connected by a courtyard. This is very nice, so you have a private setting. The courtyard has tables for eating, a sheltered area for worse weather, where there is also a wooden grill. A gas grill is also available. In the small house there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, in the large house a spacious living-dining area, two rooms, bathroom and toilet. The owners are always available, very helpful and incredibly likeable. The house ensemble is old, which means something here and there can go wrong. But even here - no worries. It was helped quickly and easily. There is no assigned parking and no Wi-Fi. But both are actually quite tangible. Parking is easy to find in the area and you can stop briefly to unload and invite. A market and a bakery are within walking distance.

Christine and Olivier's house is simply amazing! It's a gem! Ideally located, a few metres from the bakery and the market under the halls in a quiet street, the house offers volumes as they are no longer made, real comfort and a very cosy atmosphere. We fell under its spell! It invites nostalgia as soon as you leave it.

It was a very good experience. Very cozy apartment with everything you need and in a good neighborhood full of restaurants and shops. Me Loved La Rochelle. Highly recommended this apartment.

We enjoyed the time in La Rochelle, while the preparation was not perfect like toilet paper and towels. The area is quiet and wonderful, particularly Rue Sardinerie (a lovely name) has a corner where restraunts stood and we also wathced a live concert on the street.

Gael's accommodation is very well located in Royan, the accessibility and the private parking space are a real asset. The accommodation is clean and functional. I recommend it for future guests.

we had a great time we try to have zero carbon for our stays and this has been done 10 min walk from the train station, 15 min from the port and boats many buses and coaches Annick welcomed us very well, and even accompanied us to the station to avoid us having to drag our suitcases in the heat the apartment is very nice, bright with everything you need, we also enjoyed the terrace we recommend this place Brigitte

Stay from July 20 to 27, family with 2 children. Nice apartment, very well equipped with optimized space; compliant with the presentation and photos. Impeccable on arrival (tidy, clean) and provision of cleaning products. Very good location (close to the beach, port, shops...) and quiet of the residence appreciated. However, small difficulty in finding the exact location (GPS note problem?); but very responsive host and "problem" resolved quickly. We had a pleasant stay in this place.

The accommodation is very well located in the center of La Rochelle: it is possible to do anything on foot. The apartment is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. Sarah is also very welcoming and accommodating; especially on checkout time (we were able to leave our luggage in the accommodation until early afternoon.) We recommend this place for a stay for two in La Rochelle.
