Our accommodation is close to the sea (walking distance to the beach), in a rural environment, surrounded by vineyards and woods on 8 hectares (house adjoining ours, but not overlooked), quiet and relaxation assured! With an area of about 40 m2, it is perfect for a couple/couple with young child (2 years max). It consists of a bedroom and a living room with small kitchen and sofa, terrace. Linens and hand towels provided. The shower room/toilet is accessible through the bedroom.

It has an attic room (maximum height 1.90 m, minimum 1.50 m) Watch your head! Queen size bed (160x200) with new mattress June 2025. Accessible by a miller's ladder type staircase. A fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. You are welcome in our studio to discover Oléron in complete serenity.
