This beautiful house has been completely tastefully renovated. Ideally located, you are just 100m from the beach and you benefit from the most beautiful sunset on the ocean. It's very comfortable in winter, with inert radiators and a wood burning stove that gives a cozy atmosphere. There is a very nice patio in inter season, garden tables and chairs, sunbeds and barbecue. Length of stay: 1 week minimum, from Saturday to Saturday.

Old stone cellar completely renovated in the heart of Saint-Pierre d'Oléron, 1 min walk to the market and 3 min to the center and yet quiet! 100 m2 garden enclosed by walls, not overlooked, ideal for children. 15 minutes from the beaches by bike. Ideal for 5 people (up to 7 with the sofa bed). Terrace at the front of the house with bicycle rack. Single-story house. Very nice wood stove for cocoon evenings by the fireplace!

[Beach House] 300m from the beach (8 bdr.)

We're from Lorraine and have been visiting this island for more than a Century. This house has been our haven since 1956. This is a very large traditional stone house, 300m from the beach with more than 2,000 sq-m. of yard around (8 bedrooms, 15 persons). Pearl of the Atlantic, Oléron is the best family spot, especially this stunning village, 1h from La Rochelle and 2h30 from Bordeaux.
