Very spacious, clean and well-equipped accommodation. Very welcoming host.

A very nice stay despite the bad weather. The living room is very nice for a tribe of 6 adults and 5 children. Special mention to the spacious and comfortable sofa and arcade terminal that allowed for wild parts. On the other hand, we all got along very well, we would have liked an unglazed door to close the master suite upstairs, to ensure a little privacy to shower or go to the toilet. 😊 But this is really the only very slight downside. The house is spacious and very well equipped and the beach is only a short walk away. Franck is very responsive and the check-in was smooth. In short, a very pleasant weekend.

Stéphane and his wife are top hosts, they were very attentive to us, and what about the house, the children simply forgot the screens and were able to enjoy the swimming pool and tennis court and foosball and ping pong and us from the hot tub😁. The place is very close to Royan, Palmyra and Bordeaux too, so great for walks! Verdict: We'll be back!

We had a lovely weekend at Yann's family home. The house is located in a quiet and tranquil environment, and close to the beach (not accessible to PRMs) which is relatively wild and uncrowded (at least during our stay at the end of April). The house is in a great location and makes it easy to radiate on the island. We were 8 people (4 generations) but everyone was easily able to have their own space sincethere are 2 separate sleeping areas and 4 bedrooms in total, the dining room table is well suited for the number of people, the whole house is level which was appreciated for the older ones. We came with our dog, the garden is perfectly fenced and secured. Finally, in advance, Yann was very responsive when booking and provided us with a detailed guide for self access to the house as well as a guide to shops and sites to visit.

We had a great time on the Île d 'Aix. The setting is peaceful, great for relaxing. The house is superb, perfectly as described, and even beyond: it is very well equipped, nothing is missing. The owner is responsive and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend it without hesitation!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is located by the sea in a very beautiful environment. The exteriors are well maintained with a very nice terrace. The interior is very well equipped and exceptionally organised. The decor is beautiful. The library and games helped to give us a sense of well-being. The rooms and bedding reflect the quality of the house. What a beautiful family stay on this little paradise island!

Marie and Xavier are very welcoming, responsive while being extremely discreet. Their cottage is absolutely perfect, very well equipped and above all decorated with a lot of taste and originality. The barn allows you to be both inside and outside whatever the weather. Access to the garden with the pool and deckchairs, free access to the jacuzzi, the kitchen, but also the barbecue and the plancha make this place a privileged holiday resort. We will definitely come back and I can only recommend others to come and discover the region by staying with Marie and Xavier.

The apartment is very nice, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Indoor courtyard is a real plus. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is ideal for exploring the surroundings. Ile de Ré and the coast are easy to reach by bike. The city center of La Rochelle is close by. Flexible check-in and checkout and everything was very well organized with John who is very responsive. Everything was perfect and we had a very pleasant stay.
