L'ânerie d'Amée

800 meters from the beaches and the port of Cotinière, in a small typical Oleron alley, between an old well and its hollyhocks, is a small donkey farm renovated into a guest room with its bathroom and private patio. La Cotinière on foot through fields, bike paths from 300 meters, the stop for our "special beach" summer shuttle 200 meters away. Quiet, the donkey farm is a nice starting point for discovering the island.

Enjoy a stylish 83 m2 home ideally located in the St Pierre d'Oléron area close to all shops (bakery, restaurant, press…) and the city center. The house is very easy to access and has a parking space in front of the house and behind the house on the outdoor terrace side.
