Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Denis

No regrets at all in booking this place. It is half an hr away by taxi to Paris and probably 1hr via public transpo. Bus is very accessible just 3-5min walk from this home. So convenient. Love the cozy vibes of the house and you got everything that you need in your stay. The host is also very approachable. Waited for us when we checked in very late and was glad to show us around the house of what will be used and needed. Overall very satisfied, we even think this could be a place again for us ehen we get back to Paris with our kids! We can manage to fit because it is comfortable and also lots of ventilation if you need it. So happy we booked this place even if it was last minute booking already as we had no plans at all. Will definitely refer this to our friends coming over. Thank you!!!

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Jeremie's house is definitely more beautiful than the one in the photos. A beautiful garden and a clean interior. It's a peaceful place a little out of the city.

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the fridge), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the centre of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

Beautiful accommodation, where you feel very good. The green environment, as well as the decoration, encourage tranquility, especially after having evolved in the Parisian crowd. The location is a perfect compromise to enjoy Paris and recharge. We also enjoyed the choices offered by the library, which perfectly complements this little haven of peace. We stayed there during a heatwave and slept with the windows open: not a sound disturbed our sleep. It's precious! A small fan is available and was welcome. Thanks to Julie who was very responsive and very clear in her information, we will be happy to come back.

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

The apartment is lovely! We really enjoyed our stay and especially loved spending time on the balcony. The metro station is very close-by, and it's the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Paris :)

Ness is a nice host that keeps conversations with us during the whole check-in process. Also, she replied the messages very quickly, so the difficulties can fixed as soon as possible. Especially, it is worth mentioning that the Airbnb is definitely same as the picture shown on the page, it makes you feel cozy, comfortable, and safe during the staying. Highly recommended to all of you who are considering staying in this space!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It's a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

Gorgeous home from home in the city of lights. 2nd time staying, and would do it again and again!

Very good accommodation, with a really good location whether it is for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very appreciable. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights too) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!

Ahmed’s place was very comfortable and directly next to the station which made travel easy! Highly recommend Ahmed’s place!
