My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

On a quiet street 50 m from the city center, many shops are within walking distance. The T4 stop is a 10-min walk, Paris is 40 min by RER. Access to A1 (Disneyland) and A3 (Paris) is a 5-minute drive away.

I offer 2 bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed, a dressing room and a desk, plus a 90 cm mezzanine bed above one of the beds. There is a living room with TV with a corner sofa convertible into a double bed, a kitchen equipped with a high bar table, a bathroom (toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.)

Porte de Paris, 40 m2 house 500 m from the metro.

500 m from metro line 7 direct historic center PARIS (Louvre, Opera, Chatelet), you will be in the center of PARIS in 20 minutes. 19 minutes by taxi from ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE airport. Charming 1920s house of 40 m2, fully renovated by an architect. Very quiet and residential area, close to all shops. NETFLIX included. NB: I only rent to people who already have positive reviews on Airbnb. The pool and terrace are not accessible with this reservation.

Quiet and bright 35 m2 apartment, for 4 people. Access via pleasant flowery courtyard, equipped with tables, garden chairs, parasol. No access for bicycles, motorcycles, scooters, or any other bulky items, due to lack of space. Access also impossible for pets, even small or caged. 250 m from the Stade de France in St Denis, with easy access to central Paris by metro line 13 "Saint Denis-Porte de Paris" or the RER B train "La Plaine Stade de France".
