Holiday rentals with breakfast in Saint-Denis

quiet accommodation in a small cul-de-sac. as advertised. good value for the money. Fernando is very responsive and was able to inform us about our needs and distances (because we did not know the area and we had a wedding in Reuil). A little tight for six people on a long stay but for two nights for us it was perfect.

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

Very satisfied with the stay, the apartment is impeccable. Justine is just another great, very welcoming and very smiling person.

Madalena has been a wonderful host, from the beginning, before we always get to respond quickly to any questions. Once in her house she was attentive to any need I could have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, 10 m walk from the train station and with buses 2 m away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Thank you Madalena for your hospitality!!!!

Hanging Moment. We had a great time at this Airbnb. Beyond the listing. We had a real experience that Yohann and his wife were able to create. And this one started from the first phone calls . The place is beautiful. The hosts were able to respond with brilliance to all my additional requests (decoration, breakfast). The city is also very charming. Yohann hosted us wonderfully. We had very warm and friendly exchanges. I don't exaggerate when I get back. This was our one year anniversary, I sincerely thank them as they participated in this exceptional time. I recommend!!!!

Nélia's apartment is brand new and very well renovated. He arrived quickly to hand over the keys in person. Always nicer than a key box! The apartment is great, freshly renovated. A metro station just outside the building. Very convenient for us who were 3 km from the Paris Air Show.

Alex was great to work with! Was super helpful and communicative. Also could not recommend the actual Airbnb enough, the view was gorgeous! In a very busy area but still felt private and peaceful.

We had a wonderful time staying here. I would highly recommend his apartment for any one traveling with young kids. It was clean, quiet streets and lots to do around the apartment. Easy access to metro. Even had a fitness facility in the apartment. Our daughter had so much fun playing with the toys!

We had a great time in this peaceful and charming place. The setting is perfect for relaxing and letting your creativity run wild. Between the pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna, the ping pong table and the cozy spaces, everything is designed for comfort and tranquility. Alain is a very welcoming, kind and insightful host. The location is great to move around Paris and the room has the most amazing view. Alain’s apartment feels like a museum and every detail holds a story. I will definitely come back and you should definitely stay with him!

Indulge in the green and the garden, so well cared by Veronique and her family. 1 km away from Bièvres time slows down and you can find your accommodation in a fairy corner of this region. Excellent also for a pit stop before/after Versailles and Giverny

We had a comfortable stay with Anne and Pascal's place. They were very eager to help always, and their affectionate way of treating their guests indeed touched us. Breakfast was simple, with a nice coffee to end with. The place was within a short walkable distance from Gare de Nord station, which was a plus. Although the kitchen was a shared one with the owner, there was no issue in using it as required. Overall a nice stay for us.

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

Margaret was a wonderful host, and I felt very safe and comfortable staying in her home. It was an easy 10 minute walk from her home to the metro, and she helped me understand the Paris metro system. As a solo traveler, I felt welcomed and protected in her home. It was a joy to stay with Margaret and I hope to go back someday.

Catherine’s place was very well equipped and extremely comfortable. I enjoyed a spa like experience with delicious food prepared by Catherine, luxurious linens, high end bath products including cozy bathrobes and slippers. The listing is clear about the rules at Catherine and Étienne’s house and understandable since you are staying in their home. It is well worth the effort since the care and comfort provided by them is thoughtful and indulgent. My one suggestion is to have a back up plan if you are unable to arrive before 11 pm.

We really enjoyed our visit in this calm and clean accommodation. Delicious breakfast and great communication with our host. 100% recommend!
