Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

It is located near St. Anton centre and the largest top lift to the mountain Galzig. On foot it takes about 7 minutes (900 meters), if you have boots on you can take the ski bus that stops 40 meters from the house.
