Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, furnished house with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The swimming lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We were with 2 families in Paul's holiday home! There is plenty of space! Since we had super nice weather, we could almost always sit in the garden! The highlight was in the morning at breakfast, when the alpacas suddenly greeted us! The children and we felt very comfortable and we were able to enjoy our stay very much! The communication between the hosts and us always worked very well and quickly! Thank you for the lovely stay

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

Thank you Ursula for this amazing stay in your chalet. An authentic and peaceful experience in the nature surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, flower fields, and the forest. The historical house is super clean, decorated with care and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Ursula even baked a bread and a Zopf for us, both delicious 😍 we could also order food from their farm, like cheese, eggs and meat. It was difficult to leave this quiet heaven. Thank you again Ursula & Ernst for the perfect stay in Safien.

Had a great stay. The cabin and especially the location is even more beautiful than can be seen in the pictures - secluded, in the middle of magnificent alpine scenery, quiet and perfect as a starting point for hikes. Getting there was uncomplicated, but a car should be available. The cabin itself was well equipped, extremely cozy, and reminded us a bit of old times. We felt completely comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and we would have loved to stay longer. A great stay. Thanks for that!

We felt very comfortable with Gudrun and Daniel. The house are beautiful. The highlight was waking up in the morning to the view of the mountains/valley and at night to the starry sky. The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the accommodation (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the area for hiking and cycling.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on holiday together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighbouring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he refunded us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

We stayed seven nights in Brigitte's apartment and it was one of the best apartments we had rented in the last 25 years. It just fit everything, the description, the location (in a castle), it had everything you needed. Brigitte was on site when she was needed, gave helpful tips and was very nice. A nice addition is the guest card, with which you can use buses, trains and cable cars free of charge, so we left our car and only traveled on foot and by bike. The pool was still in operation despite low temperatures and we were able to do our morning laps. Lana is a great resort with many hiking opportunities and good connections to Bolzano and Merano. Maybe not our last stay with Brigitte. Ute and Wolfgang

We spent five wonderful days with Jens and Sabine and felt completely comfortable. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing – in addition, our accommodation even included a terrace, which was a real highlight. The kitchen is excellently equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. The pool was as described – with a pleasant 30-degree water temperature, ideal for small children. In addition, washing machines are available that can be used at a very fair price – very practical! We hardly noticed Jens, Sabine and their children, but the contact was very friendly and warm. The spacious garden could be used completely, including toys for the little ones – a great extra! Overall, an all-round successful stay with great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

A wonderful house in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and walkable distance from anything you need. The house is lovely! Felt like a home away from home. The hairs were very friendly and responsive. We are already thinking about going back in the future as it was perfect for our group of 7+ dog. Everything feels pretty new and clean and has all the amenities you need. Loved the sauna and balcony space with views. Would recommend to others for sure. We’ll be back one day!

Also practical: two spacious parking spaces in the garage – ideal for families or friendly couples with two cars. The surroundings are equally impressive: nestled in a dreamlike landscape with plenty of nature, wonderful hiking trails and great excursion options. Rest, relaxation and comfort come together here at the highest level. Whether for a romantic getaway or a longer stay – we will definitely come back! An absolute recommendation for all those who value style, luxury and nature.

Just perfect! We immediately had an ALL-ROUND FEELING OF WELL-BEING in the cottage with this exceptionally well thought-out equipment, the great living climate including oven, sauna, terrace and the love of perfection and detail. Wherever the gaze wanders inside, it is rewarded with something beautiful. And it's just as wonderful outside! View of the surrounding mountains, plenty of cycling and hiking routes right on the doorstep, meadows with orchids, snack options, very nice and quiet with peaceful cowbell ringing. And in this combination of inviting and beautiful indoors and outdoors, the weather suddenly doesn't matter: beautiful everywhere - happiness everywhere!
