Access to the garden in the forest edge and the possibility of walking in the forest. Free parking and the house is a 10-minute walk from the bus connection to Aarhus city center. No pets allowed.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Private terrace, as well as a large lovely garden with a gazebo, where it is possible to sleep under the open sky. In the annex, there is a double bed 160 cm. As well as an alcove with 1 bed 140 cm. The annex is a large room with a nice bathroom with shower and washing machine. It is decorated in a cozy French country style. There is a kitchen with a combi oven, refrigerator, stove, electric kettle.

The house consists of a ground floor and basement (private entrance). Cozy living room and kitchen, 2 rooms with beds, both 3/4 (possibility of extra sleeping space) and bathroom. Nice terrace from the kitchen and a nice enclosed garden with space for ball games. Separate basement apartment. Good bus connections to the city center and easy access to the E45.

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1st floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" cosiness with a large screen, a game of foosball or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.
