There is a lovely south facing terrace with solar heated outdoor shower and a great view of fields. The apartment is 73 m3 with its own entrance from the courtyard where it is possible to park. The apartment consists of kitchen-living room and living room, bathroom with user, bedroom with double bed. In the living room there is the possibility of 2 extra sleeping places on the sofa.

There is a fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms with 5 beds total. The home is located in hilly terrain suitable for bike rides. The bike race Rondevanborum each drives past the house every spring.

The bed is in the loft, where there is a skylight window so you can enjoy the stars, the wilderness bath can be purchased if you want and come here in.

The apartment overlooks Aarhus Ådal and Årslev Engsø . Bus to the city center by the door as well as nice bike and walking path around the lakes and into the city. There is carport for van. Here is peace and quiet!
