Central and modern basement apartment of 50 sqm built in 2022 rented in central Kungshamn. 2 rooms and kitchen, with its own laundry room and patio. Double bed 180cm in bedroom as well as sofa bed in living room provides a total of 4 beds. Kitchen with fridge/freezer oven/micro and dishwasher. Quietly located with about 300m to the nearest swimming area and restaurant. Walk of about 4 minutes to ICA and the harbor where the Zita boats depart for Smögen. About 5 minutes walk to Kungshamn's nice exercise loop with associated outdoor gym and obstacle course for the children

Apartment with sea view, balcony & 75 meters to the swimming area

Newly renovated apartment on the second floor with sea view from all rooms. Large balcony with sofa and dining area with a sea view. Only about 75 m from the ocean and the fishing entrance's popular swimming area. Our house is located in a quiet street and it is only 1,5 km down to the center of Kungshamn where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance, described in the guidebook. Ps…final cleaning is not included and parking is about 100m from the property. Bed sheets and towels and towels are included.

Apartment close to the sea & swimming on Fisketangen at Smögen

Enjoy the whole year in a unique picturesque setting. Quiet, walkable area with accommodation close to the sea about 100 meters to the beach. Downtown with shops, restaurants, pubs, shops, health centre, bus stop takes about 15 minutes to walk to or take Pick-nick at Klåvholmen, 5 minutes via Pontonbro. Enjoy from a distance the boats that pass by the Sea E6. The stillness prevails in the evening, but if nightlife is desired take a taxi boat from the center right up on Smögenbryggan with vibrant folklore in summer and stillness in winter.

Enjoy the charm of a newly built three-storey cottage. On the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy breakfast tomorrow sun. In the cabin there is a fully kitchenette with a nice window by the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the possibility to watch TV and make the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a full day of sun and bathing on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you get down the stairs to the slightly cooler bedroom with 160 bed.

Rent our brand new lgh at the cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 m. to the cliffs and 100 m. the bridge is our 3rd with many beds and a large balcony with sea view. From Kleven it takes about 5 minutes walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in lgh and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Webergrill, TV. Parking space is available under the house with lift up to lgh. No pets, no smoking and no party gangs. Age limit 30 years.

100 meter till hav och bad i lilla fiskeläget Väjern. Havsutsikt från balkongen med fantastisk utsikt. 2-3 km promenad till Kungshamn och Smögen via fina motionsspår eller längs kustvägen. Busshållplats utanför dörren men också gång- och cykelbana. Badhus med gym om vädret är lite sämre tvärs över gatan. Båt- och kajakuthyrning också det tvärs över gatan. Golf, tennis, padel, wakeboard, vandringsleder och mycket annat inom tio minuters avstånd.
