Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

Brand new kitchen and bathroom. Sofa bed for 2 persons. Bed linens, towels included in high season. Cleaning is done by the tenant. Longer stairs up to the accommodation.

Enjoy all year round in a unique picturesque environment. Quiet, walkable area with accommodation near the sea, about 100 meters to swimming. Center with shops, restaurants, pubs, shops, health center, bus stop takes about 15 minutes to walk to or bring a picnic to Klåvholmen, 5 minutes via Pontonbro. Enjoy from a distance the boats passing by Havets E6. Silence prevails in the evening, but if you want nightlife, take a taxi boat from the city center straight up to Smögenbryggan with bustling crowds in summer and silence in winter.

The apartment is part of the ground floor of our house, but has a separate entrance, bathroom with shower, toilet & bathtub. Fully functional kitchen with fridge & freezer and private patio. Balcony in a sunny location with a small yard (fenced so small dogs can run freely.) There is a small charcoal grill. 1 parking space for car is included and is next to the house. In the room, there is a double bed 140 cm wide and a sofa bed for two persons.

The house offers a spectacular view with the forest as the nearest neighbor. Outside, there is also a private balcony, a private outdoor shower with hot water and cold water and a larger gravel patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!
