Welcome to the wonderful little island of Rösholmen, located between Kungshamn and Smögen. A real summer paradise! Rösholmen is perfect for those of you who want a quiet and unique stay in the middle of Bohuslän, where Smögen and Kungshamn's offerings are just around the corner as well as unparalleled nature. The island is very popular with families with children as there is a lot to discover and do. There are nice rock pools, a sandy beach in a sheltered bay with jellyfish nets, tennis courts, ping-pong room, sauna, barbecue area, playground, seafood with kiosk.

Charming cottage - close to the sea and nature

Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

Newly renovated house, near village and bathing

Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Welcome to a stay filled with saltwater swimming, fresh shrimp and vacation. We offer a newly built apartment of 60 sqm with a generous patio in the afternoon sun. The apartment is in a quiet area with only a few minutes' walk to the nearest swimming and restaurants, as well as the Zita boat that in the summer takes you over to Smögenbryggan and/or the Hållöexpressen that takes you to the west coast's finest swimming. All seasons have their charm ~ Fresh winds and a calm pace in autumn and winter.

Endast ca 75 m från havet och Fisketångens populära badplats som har en kiosk och krabbmetar brygga. Vårt hus ligger på en lugn gata och det är ca 1,5 km ner till Kungshamns centrum där båtar går till både Smögen och Hållö. Det finns många fina platser i omgivningarna inom promenadavstånd. Boendet är på 2a våningen. OBS! Slutstädning ingår ej! Handdukar och lakan ingår.

Welcome to a modern, built apartment (2022) in central Kungshamn. The 50 sqm apartment has 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, private laundry and a small patio. The bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and the living room a sofa bed – sleeping up to 4 guests. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Quiet location about 300 m from the sea and restaurants, 4 minutes to the harbour and boats to Smögen. Scenic walking trail and outdoor gym nearby. 1 parking included.

Here you can enjoy the peace and nature while it only takes about 10 minutes by bike to Hunnebostrand. Salty baths, long forest walks or excursions to the many coastal gems around - there is something for everyone here. The house has a wonderful outdoor room and well-sized seating areas in several places around the house.

The apartment is perfect for two adults. Close to swimming areas, hiking trails and running loops. Kungshamn and Smögen with restaurants and shops are within cycling distance.
