Newly renovated basement apartment in Sotenäs. The house is located on Örn, 10 km from Kungshamn. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away. At 20-30 min walking distance there is Bua heath nature reserve and two nice sandy beaches. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Entrance from the garden, under the stairs. Parking is available at the front of the house, facing the street. Please note that there is no TV/wifi and that the ceiling is low. There is a dog and a cat in the house above the apartment. Warm welcome!

Newly renovated toilet with shower is upstairs and an older toilet/bathtub in the basement (and washing machine). There are 9 beds and the house is just right for two families. Two beds are a bunk bed- best for children.

On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).
