We completely renewed the flat (750 sq ft) in november 2017. 3 minutes from the nearest metro station (line 6), 10 minutes walking to get to 3 other metro lines (5, 7, 14). Less than 20 minutes door to door for Paris central metro station (Chatelet Les Halles). Close to la Seine and lots of cool barges (restaurants, clubs, concert halls). Very quiet in a calm and safe neighborhood.
