DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLEANING AND SANITATION OF MY APARTMENT IS MADE BY MYSELF FOR COMPLETE SECURITY For 2 persons. The best location for visiting Paris. The studio is located in a pleasant lively neighborhood on the 16th floor of a luxury building with 4 elevators and is very quiet. 24 hour security. There are nearby a lot of shops and restaurants. Large, pleasant and spacious studio, 334 square feet, (31 m2), in a chic district of Paris, the 15th Arrondissement.

100% of happy guests :-) Long or short term rent are possible. This newly refurbished & sunny 527 square feet (49m2) apt is located on the lively Rue Saint Dominique right across the Champ de Mars & Eiffel Tower. Has 1 spacious living room w/ open kitchen, 1 bedroom w/closets, bathroom & separated WC + balcony. For information, I removed the big TV in the living room since the photos were taken, but there is a small TV in the bedroom that you can enjoy (only in french sorry).
