Holiday rentals with a kayak in Paris

Great stay, nice walk along the river to get to the station, with a quick train into central Paris. Lovely spacious rooms, the pool was great and Nathalie was very welcoming!

This was our first trip to Europe. Raphaels place was perfect. Great location. Such good communication and quick responses. Close to restaurants and transportation. Very central location to Eiffel Tower. View from balcony amazing. Everything I wished for from mt trip to Paris. Highly recommended

We had a very enjoyable stay at this thoughtfully furnished house. Its location in a quiet neighborhood and proximity to the RER station was very convenient. The kids loved the kids’ furniture and the many toys. We felt that we had plenty of space in this house with 3 adults and two littles. Future guests may want to take note of the additional rules as there is a house cat who comes and goes.

A break and a cocoon of sweetness just minutes from Paris! We are just coming back from our weekend with friends and were completely won over by the bucolic setting of our accommodation. The villa was spacious, friendly, all the necessary amenities and more than enough for the groups as large as ours, we did not lack anything. Although the accommodation is secluded and quiet, just walk a few minutes to find local shops to do your shopping. The big plus was the beautiful garden overlooking a small river with boats and kayaks available, and where we took the opportunity to have a picnic. Finally, a top host, we did not have the opportunity to meet but François was super responsive, available and accommodating with us, on our many requests! It was a real pleasure to connect with someone so friendly.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Great location. Everything relevant is within walking distance, including public transport to the city center. The neighborhood is very quiet and charming. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. I would return in a heartbeat.
