My place was compnetely remodel in march 2021. Everything is quiet New. My appartement is 25m2. it s composed with a living/ kitchen fully equiped. Than the stairs will lead you downstairs in the bedroom part. My sofa bed is also brain New with a great mattress of 160cm X 200cm, very easy to open. Than next to the bed, shower room + sink. Than WC room, please be carrefull with my wc, do kot put too much toilet paper, no plastic, nothing else than the toilet paper at your disposal should be drop
