You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

As the owner of the house, Sophia is very hospitable.She gave us clear instructions on how to get to the station. She was always there if we needed anything. We had a wonderful vacation in Paris thanks to her lovely house and pool. The city center is 3 stops from her house and it's easy to get there. We are very satisfied and happy that we were lucky enough to stay there. The turtles and the sweet cat visited us regularly, so we felt at home.Thank you Sophia ☺️

The place is lovely and exactly as described! Ideal for slightly larger groups as there is plenty of space. Beds are also very comfortable and large! The decor is unique, very, very chic! We felt very comfortable and thank you for the lovely stay at Pascal's. We would be happy to come back to your accommodation when we are back in France :)

Place is close to public transit, (bus and RER). The place is outside city center, but it being accessible, not bad at all. The place is perfect for our group of 12, and enough washroom for everybody. Would difinitely book again if we are coming bavk to explore more of Paris.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

We had a pleasant family stay,well hosted by Clément ,a place that matched the description pleasant,clean ,safe and quiet.Clement responded quickly to our various requests , real plus it's the parking space the proximity to the shops of the metro. Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Great place to stay in Paris. We really enjoyed our stay in Lucies House. Very quiet residential area. Close to supermarket. It actually has three toilets, extra one at the basement. It is wonderful. Parking is good, my large suv fit in, although it is a bit of a tight fit through the gate. The house is very big with room for everyone. The kitchen is well equiped. Very close to CDG airport. Highly recommend if you stay in paris.

I really enjoyed this accommodation in a bucolic setting, the bathroom is very functional, the living room with the bed is comfortable, no noise and the possibility of having breakfast on the terrace surrounded by greenery Coffee, tea, herbal tea available, I did not eat on site at noon and in the evening I recommend

Great weekend, Loan welcomed us very well, the accommodation is exactly as indicated, they are always available! Everything is clean, functional and it's very cocooning. We'll be happy to go back.

Accommodation perfectly matches the listing. We didn't miss a thing. There were even drinks in the fridge for us when we arrived. Very quiet and secure neighborhood. We came with our little dog, fully enclosed courtyard. Audrey was attentive in giving us multimedia information about the accommodation. We recommend it +++

stayed for a few days post cruise in Paris, great value for the price with easy access to the gare du Drancy station. host is flexible and responsive with any questions or requests.

Our 10-day stay at Emilie's house was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend and my dog had a great time in the house and garden for home office work, playing and chilling. While I immediately felt at home after long working days. It takes a little more than 1 hour to get to the centre by public transport. The area is quiet, Emilie has made a great effort to make our stay uncomplicated. We would come back anytime!

We were welcomed in this beautiful home, refurbished and with a magnificent view! Pierre and his wife were responsive and flexible with our expectations and requests. I would absolutely recommend it!

We were a group of seven including three kids and we all had a very comfortable stay. The location is walkable from the bus stop and it is very peaceful.

a great little apartment tucked away a short trip to Paris central, 7 minute walk, then 15 minute metro ride takes you to central Paris, was small but very comfortable, and ideal for what we needed, upstairs room not much headspace but not a real problem, beds really comfy,could do with downstairs blind for more privacy, but again not a real problem, host is really responsive and helped us massively with another nights stay, when our flight got cancelled, all round excellent host and very comfy apartment, with extra essentials on our arrival, would stay again it was a pleasure

the accommodation was consistent with the photos and really very clean and well decorated. you'll also find all the necessary equipment. the neighborhood is nice and very quiet. public transport is not far away.

Monday is beautiful, it has everything private for each of us. My son stayed downstairs and had his own bathroom. My other children had their own room, it has a charming place, it is a courtyard surrounded by flowers, fantastic lights for coffee, I liked everything a little complicated, the shape for the keys could place a modern smart box. The place is 100% recommended, I loved being able to enjoy the time in my beautiful room, with my own TV, everything was very good
