In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

On the balcony or terrace, you can enjoy the view of a unique mountain landscape.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

By car, you can reach Imst in 10 minutes, where you will find all the shopping facilities. You can also reach the Hoch Ötz ski resort in 10 minutes by car. You can also reach Roppen by train from Innsbruck or Imst

Quiet vacation apartment

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

At the entrance to the Ötztal, close to Area 47, is a cozy 60 m² apartment in a rustic farmhouse style. The house is in a small hamlet in a quiet but central location. Ideal starting point for all activities, both in summer and winter. The immediate area offers plenty of forest and beautiful walks along the Inn. A bike trail leads right past the house. Pets are welcome. Numerous shopping opportunities are 4 km away.
