Monthly Rentals in River Dart

My partner and I recently stayed in the Totnes area and we stayed at this Air Bnb. Firstly, I'd like to stay a huge thank you to Paul the owner - he was extremely proactive and helpful with making sure we had the best time, helping me organise parking in the local area and ensuring we had as much flexibility as possible during our stay. The flat is centrally located at the foot of the high street with great access. The inside of the flat was pristine with very modern amenities. My partner said that the rain shower was one of the best showers she's had! Paul provided us with milk, orange juice, Nespresso coffee, fruit, cereal and other things at no extra charge to us which was a really nice touch. And if you need lots of plug sockets look no further there must be about 15-20 sockets!! Thank you Paul for the wonderful stay, and we will be back for sure. Jay

Great flat, light, airy, spacious, comfortable and very clean. Comfortable bed, great shower and a great kitchen, fully equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, saucepans etc. The flat is really well situated, 4 mins walk from the station and 5 from town where there are some very good restaurants, lots of independent shops and a lovely little market on Friday and Saturday. Don’t miss the wonderful Totnes cinema. We so enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Lovely place. So clean and comfortable. Perfect for a short stay. Really easy to find, park and check in. I did a self check in this time though Francesca was very responsive if I needed. I loved the garden setting and the additional space of the hallway which is like an extra little room. I sat at the door with my cup of tea watching the birds in the garden. Very happy and would stay again.
