Absolutely incredible place. Very peaceful and scenic and provided with everything we could have needed. Wonderful hosts, would love to stay again.

This is our 5th time staying at The Glade. Myself, my son and our pooch love it there. Its so private, quiet and i love to sit amongst the wildlife and bird watch. A nice walk in the woods right beside the hut or just a chilled swing in the hammock. It is our favourite place to unwind. I love how everytime we visit the surroundings look different with the ever changing wildlife. It is as beautiful in winter and rain as it is in the sun and summer. Autumn has to be my favourite. Juliet is a lovely host and is not intrusive in the slightest. However she is very responsive if you need anything. We had a lovely chat this time whilst i was sat bird watching and she told me about a few birds she had seen. What can i say if you need to unwind then this is the place. Comfortable, quiet, homely and warm.

Lovely little chalet, perfect for 4 and very close to Dartmouth and the whole of the extreme south of Devon. Our host Phil was very communicative and helpful, and everything was clear and easy to understand, making our stay stress-free. A perfect little getaway, and thanks to our hosts, we will book again when visiting the area.

Great getaway here! Easy to book, new amenities, smart new decor, great shower, fully functioning oven, job and microwave. Good directions to get to the place and easy self check in. (Just note there is no wifi and bring a spare toilet roll as we used our 1 roll up pretty quickly).

Beautiful spot, a great place to stay somewhere away from the noise of modern living, a real treat!! Great location to explore Dartmoor. We really enjoyed our stay and Oak Lodge is such a cosy and comfortable accommodation, would highly recommend. Thank you to our hosts.

an amazing welcome with some wonderful home baked goodies including a birthday cake and balloon for my husband. The beautifully decorated Beach Hut supplied everything you needed plus more. Perfectly located to explore the spectacular South Hams coastline. Simon and Annie provide lots of local information, whether it's cliff top walks, beaches or restaurants you want to know about. Highly recommend and most certainly will return.

We booked this trip for our wedding anniversary, and everything about it was perfect! The hut is absolutely stunning inside, with breathtaking views outside that create a warm, calming atmosphere. Charlotte was also an amazing host - she prepared a lovely welcome hamper with homemade granola, fresh bread, and local milk and butter. She was also incredibly responsive to messages and had some great recommendations for rainy days. We’ll definitely be rebooking in the future and will be recommending the hut to all our friends and family!

Lizzie's place is even better than the photos. She has a clear eye for beauty, whether it's the layout inside, the decor, or probably most impressive--the garden. The house has so much light, and you feel like you are living in the garden, which feels wonderfully private. Lizzie was so helpful, both in communications before, and during our stay. We would recommend to arrive with plenty of food already: even though the village is not far, if you're not used to the small Devon roads, you might not feel like venturing out so much on errands. But really, why would you want to, because Lizzie's place is such a haven and you have everything you need. Would definitely come back!

I had a lovely peaceful time at the cabin recharging in the middle of a long 10 week trip! I particularly loved how it was in easy walking distance to the high street. the chickens were also a delight! :)

Lovely few days stay at the cabin. We probably spent most of the time on the porch looking out into the woodlands. Everything was as described. It was an incredibly peaceful place to unwind. Would be more than happy to visit again. Communication was excellent. Many Thanks!

Absolutely blown away to be honest. The owl houses are stunning. From the overall feel to the small details they have nailed it. The cottage was really nice and lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. They give us great tips for restaurants and pubs around Exeter.

Absolutely beautiful location. Very tasteful decor. So cosy and weather tight ( we had very strong winds & torrential rain but we were safe & cosy in the cabin). Stunning views and perfect for a walk to Bantham & lunch in the sloop inn! We definitely will return

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pod was very well equipped and the surroundings were beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and would come back. Rowland was a great host and left us a perfect welcome pack including cava and coffee, we felt very much at home!

Really beautiful Airbnb with 3 separate huts for bedroom, kitchen and shower, and toilet. The fire pit and hot tub were particular highlights (the hot tube gets through a lot of wood so be sure to stock up at one of the local farm shops, we used Stokeleys). So romantic and a great off-the-grid kinda getaway! Highly recommend <3

Emma was a fantastic host, great communication, friendly and made everything easy for us and couldn’t do enough. We had an amazing stay at the honeysuckle Shepard’s hut, beautiful surroundings, peaceful and perfect for a relaxing weekend. The hot tub and the pizza oven were an excellent treat. This place is highly recommended, thank you so much for making our stay experience enjoyable.

Beautiful place to unwind! Sadly wasn’t as sunny as we hoped, but the lodge was perfectly cozy. Stunning views and the lodge has everything you could need.

Gorgeous shepherd's hut finished to a very high spec in what is astonishingly beautiful surroundings in South Hams. Though we (regrettably) never met in person, Jan was an expert host, responsive and considerate throughout our stay. We decided to bring our dog with us a couple of days before the trip and it was no trouble at all. Jan even provided a bed cushion for him! There was a welcome pack in the hut which provided some great recommendations for local attractions and food places. Heron Valley Cafe was the standout and I doubt we would have come across it had it not been for the guide. Jan's hut just ticks so many boxes - romantic, peaceful spot in natural surroundings yet not too far from an abundance of beautiful coastline. We used it as a base from which to explore the local area, but you could just as easily spend the whole time at the hut and be equally happy. A memorable trip. Thanks Jan!

What a fabulous few days spent at Clearview. The view was spectacular across the river Teign. If you want relaxation then this is the place for you. Clearview was clean, tidy and well equipped for our time there. The bottle of Proscecco was welcomed as it was my husbands birthday. The welcome bundle of scones, clotted cream and cream added to the celebration. We will definitely be back!

Lovely couple with a great sense of humour that made conversation very easy. The place was lovely and clean on arrival and very private but also very local for things to do. Would highly recommend this place.
