Amazing break away from London city life. Amazing host and the property is flawless. Highly recommend getting a supermarket delivery to the property.

A fantastic week spent at Otters Den. Max is a great host, the house is absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean & everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The pool , games room & petting area is a fantastic addition & kept my family entertained for the week. We didn’t venture out much as we wanted to have a relaxing week but the walks we did go on where beautiful. Max & his family are such kind hosts with the little extra touches, late check out on Easter Sunday, an egg hunt for the kids with chocolate eggs being delivered to our door, supplying us with fresh eggs & topped us up with fire wood when needed ! Communication was great, Max always replied to us within the hour. I would highly recommend Otters Den

Fabulous property! The view and backyard are unbeatable! There were nice treats to treat us upon arrival: a personalized sign, milk and a nice toffee bread. What a thoughtful and kind touch. The house is clean and well-equipped with all you might need. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a full sized washer and dryer. There is a park and waterfront within about a 7-10 mile walk down the hill. The area is quiet and feels safe. Self check-in was incredibly easy and the hosts were easily accessible, but never a bother. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Fantastic accommodation for families. A great surprise with the additional 2 toilets as well as the. Bathroom, which was great for the 6 of us. Easy check in, great instructions sent in advance for checking in and checking out. Very friendly host. Accommodation is spacious, all rooms good sizes. Lovely comfortable beds and bedding was excellent quality. Kitchen very well equipped with all you need, which was great. So we could easily cook if we wanted to. Location is great, parking space very handy and easy to find parking spaces nearby for any additional cars. Peaceful location. All the sofas were very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to sit. Would definitely book again if looking in Kingsbridge for family size accommodation.

We had such a wonderful week in Berry Pomeroy. The accommodation was a wing of a manor house, and had a completely private and secluded feel with an enormous garden. The kids were entertained the whole week with a trampoline, row boat, chess set, table tennis, games room and a lovely garden to explore. We just loved the main Kitchen/Dining/Living room which is an elegant and very comfortable space to socialise, and even with 9 of us it felt so spacious! This accommodation feels like a home from home. Antonia and Rob were so helpful and responsive and they were ideal hosts. There are plenty of different areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings outside. The property is a little tricky to find but as long as you follow the instructions carefully its fine. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return again.

Beautiful house & fabulous location. 3 generations of us (16-85) & good for us all. Very homely house with everything you need. Enjoyed the views from the bedrooms and window seat. We loved the activities of the ferries and the bustle. There is some noise from early morning til late evening from the ferry ramp against the dock, but we didn’t mind this at all. 2 great pubs in Kingswear for food & lots of places to eat in Dartmouth. Lots to see & do locally. The parking was £77.55 for the week in the marina car park. Lots of spaces. Didn’t drive all week. So lovely to relax here & we hope to come back again. Highly recommended!

What a lovely lovely house for a quick or long stay. Beautiful apartment decorated so nicely and extremely clean. The host was extremely helpful and very welcoming and answered the phone very quickly to any problems. Definitely recommend :)

lovely small comfortable studio apartment, had everything I needed for my stay, kitchen, shower and good size bedroom, I slept extremely well. Has the added bonus of a parking space. Jane is a lovely host and easy to contact. It was a home from home and in a great location for shops and exploring Devon. I certainly will be back. would highly recommend. 😊

A very suitable place to stay, convenient for lots of locations. Cherylin is an excellent host, and the garden annexe is immaculate , with excellent views across the lake. Millbrook is a lovely little village.

I am a huge fan of House of Hackney, so a stay at the Castle of Trematon has been on my wishlist for years. As soon as we arrived at the Castle Lodge, it felt as if we had left the outside world behind and stepped through a magic mirror into a wonderland where time stands still. The gardens are a feast for the senses with endless paths of wild garlic and bluebells. I saw buzzards flying overhead and bats vibing in the Tower on the first afternoon! If you love exquisite interior design and being immersed in nature, then you will truly love it here. Thank you Javvy and Frie for being the perfect hosts. I never wanted to leave and have to return one day just to ensure it wasn’t all a dream!

We stayed here whilst doing a Uni visit and only wished we could have stayed longer. The house is beautiful and has everything we needed. A perfect, relaxing setting. Particularly, sitting on the decking by the lake. We took our dog who also loved all the grassy areas. A lovely treat was watching from the window the rabbits & goats playing. Highly recommend!

The property was as described and we found it beautifully decorated and stacked with useful equipment. The kitchen had all the cooking tools you could need for a comfortable stay. Great location that makes you feel in the heart of the countryside. The beach is only a few minutes drive and larger towns around 20 mins. The accommodation is perfect for our kids - they were off exploring with Nick’s children and we hardly saw them! Even on a rainy day the kids were outside in one of the many different areas onsite. Nick was really friendly and made it feel such a relaxing holiday. Always happy to help and chat. Felt more than just a place to say. Definitely recommended.

Sarah's place was a perfect fit for us - A nice farm experience in the heart of Devon, close to beaches (25 mins drive), nice shop near by for essentials and a beautifully built & maintained place. We came to Devon to help our daughter have her trial classes and Sarah's place has had us fall in love with Devon and the area. The heated indoor pool was a hit with our family. A nice place surely worth a visit. The wifi is blazingly fast & I was able to do my days of "WFM" easily. Point to note is that there was no telephone signal at home, this can be trouble for folks who expect to be connected to the world using phone.

What a charming and peaceful cottage - every detail was thoughtfully considered to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The welcome hamper was such a lovely touch, and finding fresh milk in the fridge was a delight. The cottage itself is spotless and well-equipped, with cozy bedding and fluffy towels that made us feel right at home. Newly refurbished pool was great and very clean. Located in a beautiful Ruby country woodland setting, it’s the perfect retreat to truly unwind for a few days. The cottage is ideally placed, not far by car from Dartmoor National Park, you can reach most of Devon within 1 -1.5 hour, some parts of Cornwall are easily accessible. Enclosed by Dartmoor, Exmoor and the north coast of Devon and Cornwall, Ruby Country is the ideal base for a relaxing visit. There is a lot to see and do. Nick was a great host - friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Lower Marsh Farm is brilliant. Wonderful location, excellent facilities, peaceful and calm. Due to the rural location, you do need a car to get there and navigate the area. Olivia the host is incredibly attentive, the instructions for getting there are clear, the optional services are excellent, and the setting is idyllic. We visited with two young children who were captivated by the wildlife and farm animals. Enjoy!
