Monthly Rentals in Buenos Aires

Many thanks Gri, you stopped by!! You were very nice to me. Thank you for accommodating on my arrival (3:00 am) and departure (4:00 am). The place is wonderful, very close to Puerto Madero, theatres, market, rich restaurants, etc. a lot to do.

I stayed in this apartment for a month and I was very happy living there. It has all the cooking utensils and is very practical for a long-term stay. It has a communal washing machine and dryer on the top floor which is almost always free (you just get some tokens for free off the lovely building maintenance lady Elida). The wifi is excellent, the mattress is good, it gets loads of natural light and the building is in a great, safe location. Cecilia is a great host who will take care of you.

Great location, clean room with a fan and balcony access. Very close to the city center, lots of options for food and drinks around.
