Holiday rentals with an EV charger in River Dart

First time using this property. Hosts where proactive in contacting me, and giving clear instructions about find the property and checking in. Property itself was lovely, really big but homely. This was a work trip, but I would definitely use again.

We had a perfect few days in lovely Newton Ferrers. We found Close Quarters to be a great location given its access to the estuary and local facilities. Roz’s description was very accurate with the deck being the obvious highlight for us with the beautiful weather we had. We did have some issues with the Wi-Fi as mentioned in the previous review but this didn’t spoil our enjoyment. We would love to return.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Our stay at this cottage was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated. Each room feels cozy and inviting, creating a perfect home-away-from-home atmosphere. The surroundings are breathtaking & is the ideal spot for relaxation and escape. What really stood out was how well-equipped the cottage was. The hosts had genuinely thought of everything – from kitchen essentials to little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. It felt like no detail was overlooked, and everything we needed (and more) was right at our fingertips. The recommendations provided by the hosts were spot on. From local restaurants to scenic spots. We will definitely be visiting again.

Great place to stay. Quiet area but walkable distance to town and beach and well situated for exploring the surrounding area. Apartment modern, well equipped and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Great smart TV - Disney plus a bonus! Information provided about local area was really useful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful accommodation, very tastefully furnished and comfortable. Village location was great with walks and pubs in easy reach. Only downside for us was nowhere really to let the dogs out of the door, had to walk them to the meadow.

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

Absolutely lovely home , very responsive to messages, had an issue with the electrical gate it’s no one’s fault but they acted and responded so quickly. The only issue I had was with the pool not being open even though it’s listed in the title “ villa with pool “ and I searched air BnB using the great pool section . I was gutted because it did state in the more about section that the pool wasn’t open until may , I trusted that using the search with great pool would be enough but unfortunately It wasn’t, I did feel this was wrong listing a property with a pool and in the title but hiding the fact it wasn’t open in the click more section, this definitely needs changing.

thank you, what a beautiful home in such a beautiful place. we really appreciated the proximity to the beach for our children, easy and safe play just moments away. The adults loved the view from the conservatory, very peaceful

We had a gorgeous stay at Shuttaford Farm. There are so many lovely touches in the barn that you feel right at home, but it all feels very special and thoughtful. Fran was a terrific host - responsive and friendly, and even leant me a spare pair of walking boots when I realised I’d left mine at home! The surrounding area is just stunning - highly recommend a walk through Hembury Woods. Highly recommended for a family trip.

We loved staying at the Church View cottage. The only inaccuracy in this listing is that it is not obvious how lovely this place is. it is spacious, super clean, has comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchen. It is a lovely base to explore surroundings areas from. Louise has also been very proactive and helpful in all the communications.

Maxine is a great host with a charming place to stay. It was a great find and perfect for our needs. Spacious with everything we needed for us and our dogs, Maxine had thought of everything. We can’t wait to go back and highly recommend to anyone else.

This is a great little house to use as a base for a stay in Exeter. It’s on a nice quiet road, the place was spotless, and it’s a lovely walk down into the town centre. We would definitely stay again when we next visit Exeter!

We had a brilliant stay at Elaine’s place. From the moment of booking till the end of the stay she kept us informed and there was very clear communication. The house is perfectly located to explore the area. There are such nice walks in the nearby surroundings. We had a great meal at the Green Dragon just around the corner. Fully equipped with everything we needed, clean, nicely decorated and we felt right at home. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 small children which worked well. Thank you Elaine for a lovely stay and we hope to stay with you another time!

The house is absolutely stunning set in a really cool trendy area of Plymouth with lovely walks, bars, restaurants, cafes all close by. The beds are so comfy we all had a great night sleep. I really can’t fault anything about our stay from start to finish everything was perfect. Thank you so much ☺️

We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s..There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits etc. in the kitchen. There were plenty of games to keep our little one occupied ! We enjoyed our time in the park opposite the apartment complex..

Thanks for having us, was a lovely stay. Anchors Away is a great space that is beautifully done, spotlessly clean and with quality finishes/equipment. Lovely having the outdoor area. Great spot for Torquay and Paignton. And loved the fudge - a really nice touch and treat!

Fantastic location with even better pub. Walking is spectacular with so many coves to choose from which most r dog friendly. Property was lovely and everything there u needed. Bonnie was on hand with any problems. Would highly recommend. Daz,Rach and Lottie

The place is close to the port either you want to walk or drive also if you want to have a nice view over the port from above you can walk 5 minutes from property. Very nice and quiet place.

Amazing place, would love to have had time to explore more, the view is gorgeous just sit watch/listen to the sea. Lovely walk to Cawsand and Kingsand - great wee pubs and food. And the sun was out - in February- the whole w'end !😎

This was a lovely apartment. Super clean and comfortable and in an ideal position . The view of the sea from the balcony was really beautiful,even better than it looked in the photos. Communication was excellent. Milk and cream tea super appreciated on our arrival . Very handy for the train station too :)

We had a lovely time, the flat was very well laid out with everything you need and spotless. It was in a perfect location so you could walk to the beach and geo park. There are lots of places to eat nearby but just as easy to cook in the flat.
