Passage kitchen only 1.83 Approximately 1300 meters to the Technik Museum/swimming pool, 1600 meters to the cathedral/city center, lots of greenery, the Rhine and Alter Rhein are close by. A guest said I should mention the Rhine bike path, which is also very nice. I have a lockable garage with electricity for bicycles and motorcycles. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Only suitable for allergy sufferers to a limited extent.

Traumhaftes wohnen in einer Denkmalgeschützen Villa in Innenstadtlage. Ruhig und sehr geräumig. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Denkmalgeschützen Jugendstilvilla in direkter Zentrumsnähe der Innenstadt Speyer. Es stehen zwei Parkplätze im Innenhof kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft umgeben von weiteren Villen und denkmalgeschützen Gebäuden wie u.a. Die ehemalige Filzfabrik Hess. Der Wohnort von Friedrich Hess selbst war genau diese Villa.

Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. The perfect place to stay before or after the Badewelt, which is only about 15 minutes by car. We look forward to seeing you soon!
