Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

Du hast einen privaten eigenen Eingang zu deiner Wohnung. Die Karlsruher Stadtmitte ist mit dem Zug in 10 Minuten und mit der Strassenbahn in 30 Minuten direkt zu erreichen. Zum KIT Nord Campus kommst du in 10 Minuten mit einem unserer Fahrräder oder in 20 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

By car, it is 5 minutes to the highway and 10 minutes to the city center. 5 minutes walk to the city railway, 10 minutes via a footpath to Edeka or Lidl. There is a swimming lake on the outskirts, beautiful hiking trails. Restaurants nearby.

Our newly renovated farmhouse from 1721 is perfect for a wonderful break for up to 5 guests. The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.
