Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Rethymno

*Amazing Stay with Outstanding Host!* We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. What truly made our experience exceptional was the host’s hospitality. We encountered a small issue during our stay, but they responded immediately and resolved it in the best way possible. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel completely at ease. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again. A perfect experience from start to finish!

Perfect stay. The apartment is lovely and is in a great part of Chania. Next to the beach and a short stroll into town. Vasileios was super communicative and provided us with loads of helpful information and recommendations. 10/10!!

the apartment was very beautiful thoughtful and very clean ..had all the necessities needed from equipment Netflix is a delightful addition.. It was very close to the bus stop where you could go to the city center and many beaches ..also there were several shops where you could shop like bakeries supermarket cafes and food .. There was always parking available which was very good for us .. Eva was very friendly and communicative answered all our questions We would gladly come back next year to stay again

Beautiful house, consistent with the photos: modern, clean, very well decorated, with amenities designed to the last detail. Quality bedding, spotless bathrooms. The kitchen is perfectly equipped (nothing is missing!). Gym and BBQ: great! Even without a garden, the exteriors are very pleasant: swimming pool, lounge and dining room on the terrace, perfect for enjoying with the family. The location is also ideal, 15 minutes from the center of Chania and 5 minutes from the sea. A little noise from the road below, but the inside is well soundproofed. The immediate environment, simpler than the house itself, may surprise but does not bother in any way. A big thank you to Dimitrios, exceptional host: warm welcome with local sweets, great responsiveness, excellent addresses (tavernas, bakeries, fishmonger...) and valuable tips for exploring the region. Despite the rain, we had a wonderful time. We would highly recommend it!

This beautiful and delightful villa is a delight right in the heart of Ponormis. the house is extensive has lovely views of the Sea of Crete. Beds were very comfortable. all amenities provided. a beautiful basket of fruit and wine we found in our fridge which was so sweet. Ponormos has excellent restaurants. No need to go to Rethymnos. food Shops and local bakery across the street. we went to the fish restaurant to the right of the main beach and was incredible if you love really fresh fish. We also went to Kastro where we had amazing goat stew. All the restaurants are good there though. Villa was filled with nature where swallow danced around the veranda at dusk. Pavlina was a delight to have as our host. very helpful and warm. Thank you Pavlina.

We enjoyed the place as well as the location. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and the view from the terrace splendid 🤩 The space was well equipped and clean. I highly recommend it!!!

We felt privileged to stay in this lovely characterful home with its huge rooms and rustic charm. We had everything we needed to enjoy our week's stay there: the beds were comfortable, the house well-equipped and the views from the terrace to the sea lovely. There's a good taverna nearby. You could walk, but it's uphill all the way back and the weather was hot during our visit. The roads were challenging for our small underpowered hire car, but do-able. The pay-off is the peace and ruggedly beautiful scenery.

A beautiful stay in an authentic village close to everything! We loved our stay at a veritable castle - it blended medieval details (like shining armor in the living room) with beautiful views from 2 terraces and the loveliest pool. The village is small and has everything you need within a 5 min walk (including several places to eat, a bakery, and a grocery store). Having Rethymno and great beaches within a 15-20 min drive was very convenient, and several great day trip destinations (like Knossos and Archanes) are about an hour’s drive away. Lina was a great host - always responsive and accommodating. Loved our stay!

The villa was exactly what we hoped for - private, quiet (except for the lovely goats!) and spacious. House is well laid out with two bedrooms (one large bed each) on top floor, one bedroom (twin beds), kitchen, and living area on main floor, and remaining two bedrooms in the well-appointed basement. House is silent at night due to thick stone walls and floors. Shutters keep all light out when needed. Location was perfect - 20 min walk from nearest small village with several taverns, 10-15 min drive from a larger town with butcher, baker, coffee, groceries. Easy drive to all parts of the beautiful areas surrounding Rethymno (note: follow the host’s excellent directions and do not trust google maps! If you turn left out of the main gate instead of right, it is not a through road!) Hosts were informative, helpful and responsive to questions. We had no problems, loved our stay, and would definitely come again.
