Το διαμέρισμα Laia Seafront είναι ρετιρέ στον 2ο όροφο, πάνω στην παραλία της Αγίας Πελαγίας με θέα την θάλασσα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως τον Ιούνιο 2018. Είναι ολόκληρος χώρος που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 4 άτομα , έχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι , ντουλάπα. Το σαλόνι έχει δύο μονά κρεβάτια- καναπέδες . Επίσης υπάρχει κουζίνα με ψυγείο, δεν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα μαγειρέματος . Έχει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους και δύο νιπτήρες. Έξω υπάρχει καθιστικό και ξαπλώστρες ,που πρόσβαση έχετε μόνο εσείς.
