I can’t say that enough about Nikoloaos and his wife as hosts! They were so incredibly kind and responsive. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and fun. By far the best Airbnb hosts I’ve encountered in my travels. I would very highly recommend a stay at this Airbnb. If you don’t, you’re missing out!

Very nice Villa and very friendly host. Her father is also living there and takes care of the garden. You can park there easily. The equipment and stuff that is available is as promised in the description. Location is actually not right next to the beach, but 10-15mins by foot, but by car it’s only 2mins. The beach there is amazing. The water is quite flat for a while, which is nice for playing in the water and probably for kids. Also the restaurants (especially Seven) there are really good and have a good price.

Everything was as expected. Nice and responsive host, the place was clean with all the facilities as described. The location was a key issue for us - in the middle between Heraklion and Chania. We could easily explore all the interesting places on the island. I recommend Nikos place for everybody visiting Crete

Excellent!!! Such a lovely host - you will feel welcomed and well taken care of. They had everything I needed ready for my toddler son to feel comfortable in a new space. The view was so lovely to enjoy mornings and evenings. The place was pristine and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here when I return to Chania.

Giannis is a very invested, responsive and discreet host. We really enjoyed the welcome with a pastry (very good!), the oranges in the fridge as well as the drinks made available. The environment is very pleasant and the location is ideal, quiet but close to the promenade with restaurants. If you have any questions, Giannis has always been available as well as to make recommendations to us. Listing is as described. However, it should not be too big for the night part and the bathroom but otherwise everything was very good!

The apartment was very nice, right in the historic centre, everything at a walking diatance. Eleni was a great hostess!

This is our second stay at Stefanos apartment. The apartment is perfect for us, great value and exactly as photos with the most amazing view. Absolutely recommend and we will definitely be back again!

The studio looks exactly how it does in the pictures, actually even better. It’s new furniture, well equipped and in a great location, just a 10 minute drive from the town of Rethymno. Katerina was great! She gave great recommendations for restaurants, beaches and historical sites. Overall the stay was better than expected and we would recommend anyone coming to Rethymno to stay at Katerina’s studio! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the villa. The kids had the best time swimming, playing football and tennis, bouncing on the trampoline etc. it was great having so much for them to do at the house so we didn’t have to worry about taking them out when they needed to burn off some energy. This meant the adults could really relax and enjoy their time too. The house is well located, 10-15 minute drive to most places you want to be, supermarket less than 10mins away. Markos was really helpful, met us at the villa when we arrived and gave us loads of recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The place was perfect, we would love to come back!

We had a great stay at Michalis'! The location of the property is ideal, with beautiful views and a quiet environment. Michalis and his son welcomed us warmly, even though we arrived a little later because we had taken the more beautiful route through the city of Rethymno. A carafe of raki and chilled water were waiting for us as a welcome – a very nice gesture from Michalis. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, overlooking the Cretan sea and surrounded by chickens, ducks, cats and the friendly dog Bruno. Our son was thrilled and would have liked to take all the animals with him! The house itself is large, cozy and perfectly equipped and we felt completely comfortable. Michalis' father even surprised us with fresh eggs, a really loving touch. Overall, this place is a place to relax and enjoy. We will be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

We spent 8 days in Fani's accommodation. The apartment is very modernly furnished and clean. It has everything a self-catering holiday needs. We were able to do laundry, had all sorts of kitchen utensils and a great terrace where you could enjoy the view of the sea. The place itself offers everything you need. There are many restaurants and bars, a small supermarket, an ATM and much more. The loungers + parasol on the beach cost a total of €10 per day, if someone comes to settle the bill. We had a rental car to explore the area. Crete is huge and it takes time to get to certain places. For the start, Fani left us water, fresh fruit and small snacks. It was a great stay. Thank you ☺️

We were already in the house of Dionysia in autumn 2024 and since we liked it so much, we lived in Dionysia's house again in May/June 2025. Everything was as great as on our first visit. Everything is very tidy and clean, the location is perfect to reach many excursion destinations and Dionysia is simply a wonderful and very warm hostess. It was a fantastic holiday and we felt very comfortable. Thank you, dear Dionysia ❤️

Away from the tourist areas in a small village in the middle of the island. A car is definitely necessary, to the beach in the south about 20km, Chania about 1 hour drive away. authentic and cozy little apartment, we felt very comfortable. We did not need TV and if you know when checking in that turning the key to the right "lock" is the other way around, you can get in faster than we did. Kostas responds quickly to questions and we recommend the accommodation.

A Slice of Heaven in Crete. Our stay in this beautifully designed home was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by peaceful olive groves and bathed in Cretan sunshine, every moment felt serene and special. The sweet little pool was the perfect place to unwind, and the home itself was as stunning as it was comfortable. The hosts were warm, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcome. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already planning our return.

If you wish to experience a secluded garden by a non-travelled beach, almost like your own access to the sea, that is the place. A very good taverna is few meters away. Nothing best to let stress, driving, movida and consumerism behind one's shoulders for some days. Dimitri and his family have created a heaven of peace and a beautiful garden. The holiday-house from their parents is still decorated like in the 80s, but all the essentials are there. The generous welcoming, with a large basket of fruit, olive oil and salad from the herb garden, complete the feeling of coming home. Efkaristò! Many thanks! Rossella

We had a wonderful week staying in Michalis’ apartment. Views from both balconies from Apartment Two were spectacular, panoramic of the Amari Valley and Mount Ida still snow capped in the background. The apartment was immaculate and suited our needs very well. Any additional requests were dealt with swiftly. We mainly catered for ourselves in the morning and had two lovely breakfasts in Michalis’ Taverna. Meronas is a pretty village and enjoyed meals at Taverna’s Alona & Moschovolies. There was great hiking from the doorstep and only a short drive to Patsos Gorge. There is an excellent patisserie and supermarket in Gerikari a short drive away and supermarkets and pharmacy in Agia Fotini, 2.5 km away. We stayed end of April which was great as not too hot to hike but be aware many Taverna’s closed this time of year as off season. Would highly recommend a stay at Michalis’ apartments, another unforgettable holiday for us!

We were a family with 2 small children for 1 week in the accommodation. We were able to have 2 cots and a high chair, which was a great relief. Everything was as described and very clean. Sea and beach and restaurants etc. are just around the corner. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view of the mountains behind which the sun sets and around the corner you can see the sea. Large parking lot in front of the door. After 3 days, the apartment was cleaned, waste disposed of, bed linen and towels changed, wonderful! There is a long staircase to get into the apartment, no elevator, but for us it was not a problem.

Giorgio’s place is excellent! Great location close to town! It was very clean and our room had been newly renovated. Craziest, coolest shower I’ve ever seen! Giorgios is very nice and response time was quick. Highly recommended!

I‘m more that happy that we decided to stay at Dimitri‘s place. He ish very kind and helped us right away, if we had any questions. The location is peaceful and has a great view. The beach is not far away and the size of the apartment is just perfekt for a single person or a couple. I will definitely visit again.

Giorgos' accommodation exactly matched the values stated in the description. My girlfriend and I were there for about 10 days and felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a construction site right outside the door during our vacation. The noise was loud and there was a lot of dust on the balcony. However, Giorgos responded excellently and kindly to the shortcomings and also offered us a 20% discount. The communication was very friendly and we were able to resolve the situation quickly. The furnishings of the apartment are perfectly sufficient for two people. You can reach the beach and some great restaurants with a short walk of 7 minutes. The apartment was clean and well maintained. If you are in a couple, you don't need a dishwasher, so we didn't miss it. I highly recommend this apartment for a single or couple vacation. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful view from the balcony. Visible sunrise to sunset. You can sit in the sun all day on the balcony overlooking a few unusual mountains, without houses, only pure nature. With a few chickens and geese. Very lovely.

The location is excellent for exploring the city on foot while being a little off-center from the disturbances of beachfront bars and restaurants. Welcome and professionalism of the host, you can go there with your eyes closed!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s also in a perfect location—just a short walk to the city center, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommended!
