Réductions à partir de 2 ou 3 nuits. Décoration refaite début 2025.

The house is located in a very quiet subdivision close to restaurants and a pizzeria. 15 minutes from Rennes Exhibition Park or Ker Lann Center and 10 minutes from Lohéac Automobile Museum. You will have a double bed, a private bathroom if you are the only guests and a shared bathroom if there are others. You have access to the living room and kitchen and breakfast is included After major renovations, the decor is in progress but I'm working on it. Looking forward to welcoming you soon.

A very spacious and bright room where you will feel comfortable. You will find a central bed measuring 140x190, a large desk on the right with a large Velux window overlooking the trees and the garden. A lounge area with an armchair and a kettle to enjoy tea or coffee. Not to mention a dressing room, an entrance, a library and a large private bathroom. Towels are available in the bathroom.
