Access to the kitchen, 2 dining areas, garden with two separate terraces. The house is not overlooked and is located on a 6000 m2 plot with orchard and vegetable garden. Fruits depending on the season. It is located at the top of a hill with views of the village in the distance.

The room is spacious (20m2) en-suite bathroom and toilet. Possibility of providing an extra bed for a child up to 10 years + €5 A dining area for your lunch breaks with a microwave to warm up your dishes. Ability to put a fee in a fridge that we put at your disposal.

The room offers a nice and comfortable space upstairs of the house. The bedding is new with a 140 x 200 bed. For storage, 2 drawers of a dresser are available. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower screen. The kitchen is equipped and available for reheating. You can also enjoy the terrace and garden. Close to Lorient road. Bus line 54 to Rennes in 25 min, stop 10 min walk from the house.

The room is equipped with a double bed (140 cm), a desk, a TV, as well as a small fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee. You can also enjoy your private bathroom, as well as separate toilets. We also offer you our terrace to enjoy the tranquility of our house located in the countryside. Access to the bedroom is independent. We have two dogs and a cat, who may come and say hello :)
