Room in my home: I will be present. Bed made, towel provided. Reception from 6 pm to 9 pm. Coming and going after, without time limits. It is well insulated and cool in summer, and is located in a listed villa in a quiet co-ownership of six apartments. It is on the second floor and there is no lift. Bed 140x190 cm. Duvet. Linen in cotton or linen. Kitchen access possible if at least 3 nights.

Beaches 40 minutes away (Jullouville) and an hour from St Malo. between Brittany and Normandy.

If you wish, we serve breakfast (supplement of €7.5/pers to be paid on-site). the sofa bed is not suitable for 2 adults, a 3rd bed is possible.
