It is well insulated and cool in summer, and is located in a listed villa in a quiet co-ownership of six apartments. It is on the second floor and there is no lift. Bed 140x190 cm. Duvet. You will find a central bed of 140 x 190, with all bedding changed in June 2026, and a large desk on the right with a large Velux window overlooking the trees and the garden.
